We had a great stay. It's nice, clean and comfortable. Especially the King master bed. Adrielle was responsive and communicated well. It's also only 3 blocks from the main strip in downtown. No surprises or misunderstood expectations here, this charming home presented just as it did in the pictures. Would surely recommend Adrielle and this home.

Perfectly lovely stay for our family with kids (5 & 2). House was extremely kid friendly - well stocked with toys, step stools, limited fragile items, park and bike path right outside. The whole family was cozy and comfortable. Hosts were very thoughtful and responsive! Would love to come back for our next Davis visit.

I stay at Allison's place whenever I'm in Sacramento. It is always clean and comfortable. Allison leaves coffee and a basket of little treats that I enjoy after hours on the road. The place is clean and quiet and the yard is well kept and perfect for me and my dog.

This was not our first stay at the Story Homestead and won’t be our last. The house is perfect for our needs, mini french bulldog, and making meals. It is always exceptionally clean; guest instructions are clear. The surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful with lots of delightful bird watching and walks. The fireplace insert is very warming with plenty of wood provided. We are looking forward to staying again in the spring.

My wife and I loved our short stay at the Yellow Cottage. This is a space and a neighborhood with character. While it has all the genuine charm of an earlier 20th century single family detached house (and that was something we were really looking for), that did not prevent it from being well appointed and relatively close to downtown. We’d be happy to stop by again at the Yellow Cottage if our travels brought us close to Oakdale.

It was the perfect place for me and my puppy to stay during the holidays. It was very cozy and comfy. We had everything that we needed. The property is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Cheryl is very friendly and quick to respond to questions.

This was our second time staying in Bill’s place. Bill is proactive, responsive, and communicated well before and throughout our stay. The location of his home is great. There is lots to do and the location is also conveniently close to shops and restaurants. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. Between the pool, hot tub, trampoline, and hiking near the river, our family has a blast.

This place and the hosts are just amazing! Especially for animal lovers and families with kids this place is just unbelievable. It’s really not just a place to stay but it’s a place where kids and adults can have so many beautiful experiences. For example my kids were able to pet and feed rabbits, chickens, goats (even bottle feeding them!), cats, and pickup fresh eggs. Deanna and Michael also organized additional fun activities like a bunny fort, a scavenger hunt, a fireplace with s’mores. Pool and hot tub were also really nice. Deanna also clearly has an eye for beauty and the house is very nicely furnished and decorated. They also provide all kids friendly things like potty seat, baby cutlery, toys, … The only problem with this place is that I don’t think I’ll be able to enjoy any other Airbnb in the future given how amazing this one was :D sets a bar that cannot be matched :D Seriously, If you’re reading this and not sure whether to book, just book it, you won’t regret :)

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautifully equipped, we felt right at home. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE - the pillows were nice and fluffy - AND CLEAN. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood was AMAZING - safe and quiet - great place to take an evening walk. Located right near the freeway! Would def. Stay again!

Great host, we came out for a funeral and we were suppose to stay the night somewhere else, but due to unforseen things we had to find a place. So we reached out to Cameron and his team and they were able to accommodate us that night. Great hospitality and very easy to communicate with.

Lots of space to spread out. Great view and access to water. Kitchen is well stocked with all the tools needed. Sarah is very responsive.

We originally booked for one night, but feel in love with the cottage and seeing, so we extreme another night. Nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Felt safe and comfortable, a perfect getaway, especially if you're looking for some one on one time. well definitely stay here every chance I get! Thank you Cynthia

Our stay was perfect. The pictures were accurate and the place was as described. It was a surprise for my wife who loves Spanish architecture so she was thrilled. Olga was a great host making sure we had everything we needed. We will most definitely stay there again, especially in the summer.

Very unique home with an indoor pool and soaking hot tub. the place is very beautiful and seems perfect for an adult get away or yoga retreat. however as 3 families with young kids, we still thoroughly enjoyed the home. Would just note there is some construction in the front attached unit. There was no noise but there is scaffolding up. Also would note that there are several small drink sized fridges but no full sized refrigerator. For the right group, this is a truly unique and amazing home.

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable, pleasant backyard, cool kitchen, and very nice bathroom and bathtub! I appreciated the electric candles and the bath tray. Made a stressful time a little more relaxing. Thank you!

10 stars! If I could. The place and surroundings are breathtaking. The phenomenal hosts have thought of everything, and then some. Definitely would like to return soon. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnb, but this place is next level amazing. And that’s an understatement by the way.

Jagtar and Monique were great host! my family had asked for a earlier check in and they were able to accommodate us . We felt right at home apon arrival to a clean, nice home with lots of space for the whole family including small children.. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. I would definitely recommend booking with Jagtar if you are in the area.

The stay was amazing and I will definitely be coming back soon. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and around a lot of great stores and food spots as well!

Very pleasant stay with plenty of amenities. The view over the water was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, not a lot of traffic. Check in was simple. The house was not cluttered. It was great for our family with an 8 year old and a 4 year old. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing stay lots of extras big shampoos conditioners shower gels a blow dryer in each bathroom so clean and nice .. Backyard has a little putting green if you’re a golfer and bedrooms have dark curtains was just as pictured but even better in person and we will be back .. The park that is in this community is great if you have kids lots to do and casino close has a great steak house.. Thanks Tony

Mike’s place is a favorite of ours for the local wine area. We love how easy it is to access the winery and walk to the little downtown area. We were so excited to see that they added a half bath to the house. We loved that upgrade it has been awhile since we’ve been able to reserve the home and we’re so glad we were able to this time around. Thanks for your hospitality.
