There are not enough words to explain how wonderful John and his beautiful place at Seabrook Island was. It was a beautiful location, immaculately cleaned, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was loaded with anything you could need or want. There were plenty of linens, soap, laundry detergent, etc. The view was breathtaking. We stayed because my daughter had back surgery at MUSC and could not go home for 2 weeks. Even though we were there for her recovery, being at John's place was just what the doctor ordered. It was peaceful, spiritual, so close to nature and could not get enough of the view. It truly was a 2 minutes walk to get to the beach. We met so many lovely people on the beach and had wonderful conversations. We will be returning. John was truly one of the kindest people I ever spoke to. His response time was immediate, he went above and beyond trying to accommodate all of our crazy needs and calm my anxious brain with everything. It was an amazing time, thank you John!

Heather is an amazing host, she was quick to respond and even checked on us to make sure we were OK after Hurricane Helene passed us. The condo is amazing, and they have everything you could need for the beach--many chairs, a cart, toys, even fishing poles. And lots of new appliances in the kitchen, again, everything you could need. You won't find a better host, and I highly recommend this villa. Thanks for everything Heather!

I stayed at Sharon's place because I was running the Kiawah Island Half Marathon and wanted a scenic, comfortable place for me and my small dog. I loved my stay at the condo. It's so beautiful on Seabrook Island and very pedestrian friendly. I used the complimentary bike to explore the area. I appreciated the amenity card, but I didn't get to use it because I was so busy running, biking, and walking my dog. Fresh Fields Village is convenient for groceries. I would definitely consider booking this place again if I'm back in the area.

This was our second trip to Seabrook Island and we absolutely love it! The listing was just as described, only a couple minutes from the beach, and a cozy and comfortable fit for our big family. The home was also well equipped and very clean! He let us bring our dogs, which genuinely meant so much to us. There’s no easier going host to work with than Eddie! His quick response time to messages, helpfulness, and accommodations were all greatly appreciated. It was an amazing stay and we look forward to coming back!

We came down for the weekend to gator hunt! We came during the Helen storm. We were without power for the first part of the stay due to the storm! Gloria was so sweet came with waters when we arrive. Wonderful place. Gloria was an amazing host !
