Vacation rentals in Località Maragani

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

Decent accomadation and great value.

Great location, in a quiet area in the countryside, near beautiful beaches (Zingarello's dream beach is 5 min drive and Punta Bianca 10-15 min) Agrigento can be reached in 20 min. Simple but well organized house with everything you need. Nice veranda for eating out. Tommaso and his sister welcomed us by making us find basic products for the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, spices, etc.) and the bathroom, but also milk and brioches for breakfast on the first day.

beautiful vacation!! Villa Sandra is a wonderful location to spend your holidays in total relaxation; Mrs. Tiziana and Mr. Antonio are always available for any needs, always super polite and kind. The newly built pool helped make the days even more relaxing; the interior of the house is very large and spacious (there are 3 indoor kitchens). A stone's throw from the supermarket for every need!! I highly recommend this villa for those who want to unplug for a few days. The villa is more beautiful live than in photos!!

Just stay here! Gorgeous, awe inspiring view of the sea, perfect accommodations, lovely host. Definitely private and peaceful. Very clean, comfy bed. It was a good launching spot for Agrigento and much needed rest time after a frenzied few days of travel in Sicily. Novo Marina (small beach spot nearby) was quaint with a super friendly owner. We went there twice for appertivo. We cooked in so did not have their food. We walked down there one morning. (20 min) Well equipped kitchen, we made a simple pasta dish and salad supplemented with fresh produce from Enza’s garden, their own olive oil and homemade wine-all gifts from Enza on arrival!) There was plenty of coffee for our stay and basic cooking spices. Enza herself is so kind and helpful and between gestures and google translate we communicated well. Ask lots of questions about the washer and pellet stove (for heat) if you are not familiar! It took a while for us to figure out both but nothing to keep us from staying here!

Everything is wonderful, the modern house, new and tasteful, perfectly clean and very comfortable (the beds are very good) close to tourist sites and beach, the host is very attentive and thoughtful, left us many things for breakfast. Amid the hustle and bustle for getting to know the island, the perfect place to continue meeting but resting and recharging batteries

What an incredible place to spend time with our friends and family. The views are spectacular and the hosts were amazing. The facilities there were really useful as when we were there (mid October) the weather wasn't ideal, the kids were able to find something to do! The hosting was fantastic, they helped us with local recommendations, booked us tables at restaurants and even helped out when we had a flat tyre! We will certainly keep this place in mind for the next time we want a family and friends get away!

The space is really beautiful. At the beginning there was everything you need and many more little things (even a sparkling wine & wine to welcome us) We felt right at home and the Wi-Fi is perfect for working from abroad. We recommend the place to anyone who is superior to working remotely while enjoying a great view and a huge roof terrace 😉 Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back.
