The stay was really perfect and the neighborhood charming and easy access! House very close to a market is a big market! Close to a mall and extreme security! I highly recommend it and would definitely do business with Claudia again!

I loved this stay and will definitely be back! The best of all is that the place is even better than it promised, the house is super spacious, comfortable, cute, modern, super complete, data not MINOR is that the mattresses and pillows are spectacular and you can sleep well!!! The neighborhood is super quiet and safe, ideal for out shopping in Santiago and returning to calm. Denisse divina always very well predisposed to all my requests, super recommended!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful place, very close to the urban part of Santiago, comfortable, spacious, the rich pool, a little deep if you go with small children. We had a wonderful 9 day stay in November. The apartment was as beautiful as the photos in the listing and perfect for our group of three. An amazing and walkable location that’s just steps away from the trendy Barrio Italia shops and restaurants. Building staff and residents were friendly and welcoming, check in was a breeze, and Poliane’s communication was clear and prompt. We would absolutely stay here again if we have another opportunity to visit Santiago.

The Claudia space is extremely functional and very well located. Residential and quiet building, the apartment has all the necessary basics (coffee maker, tv with different movie and channel options, heater, extra covers and even bags to take to the market). In addition, it is a block away from the subway and has a street with a few restaurants next door. Claudia was super flexible and supportive during all interactions and at the reception when arriving at the apartment. Would definitely come back again!

Excellent apartment. 100% recommended. It has the metro station Plaza engaña next door. Both to use line 4 and line 3. Apartment has everything you need, clean, modern. It has parking and you can use the gym and pool in season. Super friendly receptionists in the building. Excellent and friendly host and co-host. You have the shopping plaza truce super nearby, with restaurants, cinema and supermarket.

Everything is fine. We had an excellent family time, very good location. Evelyn is a very good host and accommodates to the needs we had. We'll be back.

Ana space is an amazing experience! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very well decorated and comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to parks, shopping malls and several nearby conveniences, which made our stay much easier. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the pool, from which you can see practically the entire city of Santiago – a spectacle apart! Ana was a caring and available host, making everything even more relaxed. I highly recommend and we will definitely return for future visits to the city!

Francisco was a gracious and accommodating host. He provided us with a high chair and crib prior to arrival, and he was always available to help if we needed anything. The space was airy and bright, with green trees on a quiet residential street. It had everything we needed for a longer stay with our young children. The neighborhood has many great restaurants, and a fantastic walking and biking path, giving access to the city without the need for driving. I would recommend Francisco’s place to anyone. He is a lovely person - kind and cheerful - and clearly cares about his guests and the space!
