We were very satisfied with our stay with Josep, and our dog was also welcome. The house was clean ,we felt comfortable. The house is located in a quiet area and you can quickly walk to the city of Escala. Joseph is a good host,very accommodating. Romain,Isabelle and Leni

When I arrived I met Monica and the house owner. They were super kind and polite and explained everything about the house. The instructions were clear and Monica replied very quickly if I had a question. The house has breathtaking views and is a perfect balance between beach and hiking with a local town with great restaurants and a lovely Sunday market! Sunrises and Sunsets were breathtaking. The pool was heated and great addition of relaxation. I left Santa Susana with a peaceful mind. Thank you for having me and my team ❤️ 100% recommend 😍

Fantastic stay. Would like to come back again someday. Perfect location for us as we wanted to explore both south and north of L’Estartit. We liked being in the country compared to some of the other surrounding beach towns that seemed a bit more congested. We liked the sand beach and the ease of parking. We are kiteboarders so we especially enjoyed looking over the bay and seeing the action on windy days.

We stayed at Adriana's place for almost two weeks in October and didn't want to leave! 😊 + 1. Great location (coastal hiking trails are fantastically beautiful!) 2. Very pretty garden 3. Quiet neighborhood and privacy 4. Great amenities (from the Paellera to the umbrella - all there) 5. Great communication and helpfulness by hosts - 1. Extremely unpleasant canal smell in the house, against which even all the scents do not arrive (according to the host, this only occurs in the north wind) 2. Sleeping in during the week impossible due to the construction noise from the early morning hours (end of the season) 3. Restaurants and activities partly closed due to the season 4. Bathroom (hair in shower) and kitchen (crumbs on fridge and before microwave) unfortunately not as clean as expected due to the positive reviews. We would have liked a better value for money. But probably great in SUMMER! Overall recommended! :

Francesco's treatment was great! He was attentive at all times and very careful that we felt comfortable. The house is beautiful, we have a very nice family Christmas. The super clean and spacious stay has many amenities. The scenery that can be appreciated is great! It was a pleasure to spend a few days on vacation at Daniel's apartment. The environment is beautiful, the apartment is very well cared for and of a perfect size for the 5 adults we were, and the communication with Daniel has been great, always attentive and very quick to answer. We recommend it!

The apartment is super equipped, very clean and the owners are nice and available at all times. The apartment is located near a supermarket, bakery and several restaurants. There are also 2 bicycles in the apartment with which the sea can be reached in a few minutes. I recommend the accommodation and thank the owners for their hospitality.

Perfect stay Good surprise when arriving at the accommodation because the bathroom was refurbished, the sofa was new, the refrigerator was new etc... Everything was better than the listing pictures. Plenty of crockery and accessories. The plus is the private parking with its reserved space. And of course the proximity to the beach. We will go back without hesitation

We had a lovely stay at Laura's who was very flexible for our arrival and departure time. The accommodation is as described, 2 minutes walk from the sea and the center of the village and its shops. We recommend.

Neus' place is very well located, the beach is a short walk away and a beautiful seaside walk is available to you. We have done more than 5kms but it is possible to go even further. The place is really spotless! If you're a maniac, you can go there without a second thought! The only small downside, you can hear the neighbors very well! No big problem for us because we stayed in winter so few people in the residence! Neus gave us some good tips on the things to see in the area... in short we had a very good week and will be back with pleasure!

As beautiful in real life as the photos. The whole place was spotless, and stylishly decorated. The en-suites in all the bedrooms was a real luxury. Easy enough to walk into the old town too. Thanks Xavier for being the best host!

We had a wonderful stay! Lovely house and pool, perfect for small kids. All is really well maintained, and equiped, incl. great beds, bedding and pillows (plenty). The kitchen was just nicely renovated, and is also really well equiped. The outdoor area and barbeque area are lovely, the garage is really spacious with a ping pong table (which we used more than I expected, lots of fun). Great location, supermarket, and beach only 5-10 mins away. Jordi and his wife live on the property, were really nice, helpful and responsive (and gave us plenty of privacy). Highly recommended!!

We loved staying at Casa Rovira, it was wonderful to have so much space for our two families and kids to relax and explore after going into Barcelona each day to watch the America's Cup racing. Thank you!

Jean-Pierre was an amazing host and the accommodation was great! We really enjoyed the swimming pool which was clean and after some bad weather Jean-Pierre came to the house and cleaned the pool. The surrounding area is quiet which was great for our 5 month baby as it meant he was able to sleep!

We loved everything about our stay: the house is perfect in every way - beautifully designed and furnished and superbly equipped. We feel very lucky so have spent our holiday here and enjoyed every minute. The location is perfect too - within a very short walk you have everything: beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. We fell in love with Pepa’s house and L’Escala and we didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much, Pepa, for a wonderful stay in your amazing house!

As a group of cyclists this place exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend this place to cycling groups and two family travellers

An incredibly stunning and private location with truly unparalleled vistas, a beautifully designed house and gorgeous gardens with an expansive pool. The kitchen is well equipped and fun to cook in and the house is arranged smartly for a family retreat. Guy is and deeply thoughtful host and was lovely deal with. He provided a wealth of information on the area, and was responsive to any query we had.

Loved our stay at Luis's. The house was very spacious with a great terrace. It was a 15/20 min walk down steps to the old town and we used the regular bus service to get back up the hill (cheap and pay with card). We enjoyed a mix of relaxing at house and trips to town & nearby attractions which were accessible by public transport. There was a bit of wear and tear around the swimming pool, but this did not negatively affect our stay.
