Beachfront vacation rentals in Llevant

Portixol is a fashionable beachside area that is walkable to Palma centre. Even in late January there were enough bars and restaurants open within a few minutes walk of the house. Sanam's house is a characterful and well-loved home and we loved our time there. Two things to be aware of - the bathroom set up takes a bit of getting used to ( we were just friends staying together, it would probably be fine with a family) and we were slightly disappointed that the courtyard garden got no sun in late January. Not Sanam's fault but for sun starved Brits it was a shame. Having said that, Sanam was a wonderful and highly attentive host and the house was stylish and beautifully presented. Slightly on the pricey side but the area is worth it. Great to have choice of beach or city. Palma itself is a joy. Thank you Sanam.

Elsa is the BEST host! She had drinks and a snack for us when we got there. The house is very clean, beds are comfortable. Her recommendations for beaches and restaurants were spot on. We really enjoyed our stay and interactions. She has a very kind and friendly spirit that made us feel at home at her place. We also loved her cute dogs and cats. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

There were six of us in the house for a few days; great are the different levels: kitchen, bedroom, living room and 2 bathrooms. The terraces are great, but of course we could not use it in winter. Directions are made via a serpentine road perceived as normal for us and from Valldemossa you can explore and do great things in all directions in the mountains. Recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was great, the views breathtaking. In the accommodation was everything you need, very solid amenities. Thorsten and Jenny were excellent nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

The house is as pictured, if not better. It has all the necessary amenities to have a great holiday. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for a group stay. Francina was available from the moment of booking, providing us with a lot of useful information about the area, and always available, in general a great host. The house is located on the seafront of a very quiet and peaceful village, but not for this reason without services (restaurants, clubs, etc.). In addition, some of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca are located right around S’Illot. Overall, I recommend this stay because we felt right at home.

We spent a week here with the whole family and had a wonderful time. The house looks like in the photos, we particularly liked the view from the living room to the sea. The equipment of the kitchen was also great for us, as we always cooked ourselves. The location of the house, but by the sea within walking distance of the historic center of Alcúdia, was also a highlight for us. Isabel was a very attentive host and actively and quickly communicated with us. Thank you!

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

The house was great. We had enough space, the surroundings were quiet, beach, shops and restaurants very close. The owner communicated really well and it was a pleasure to stay.

A great house in a fantastic, quiet location with a sea view. The house matches the description and photos, the property and garden are even much larger than we expected. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are furnished with everything you need, the kitchen is super equipped. The house is fully and safely fenced, perfect for vacation with dog. The house is situated just outside the small fishing village and is screened, which allows a particularly quiet holiday. The village is within minutes walking and is right on the sea. There are two restaurants but no shopping. To reach the house and shop a car is absolutely necessary, about a 15-minute drive via serpentines to the nearest larger town of Esporles. The path is definitely worth seeing for the great location and view. The communication with Jean Pierre was very straightforward and pleasant.

Great place to stay with friends or family, super close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space outdoor and indoor. Really enjoyed our stay. Juan was super responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at this wonderful house! It's just like the photos, even a little more generous - definitely more than enough for us 6 adults with two toddlers. There is a gigantic fridge/freezer. Even the crib was cozy and had an extra thick mattress, so both kids would have slept in it:-) The living room is very nice and brought us relaxed through the rainy days. You can also sit well on the porch at all times. Through the beautiful view of the trees, the undeveloped hill and the nearby beach, you feel very close to nature. So it is also not bad that the house does not have a garden. The nearby and very nice pool, was also very convenient for us. Contact with Francisco was always quick, straightforward, and very friendly. All in all, the house (especially for the price) is great and we'd come back anytime!

Lovely place, just a few steps from the beach, another beach just round the corner and shops, cafes, restaurants all within a few minutes. In case people aren’t aware (I was) this resort totally closes on (around) October 31st and becomes a ghost town until Easter - all shops, restaurants, hotels shut (except for maybe one or two restaurants that open on weekends) - out of season a car is essential here.

First of all, the landlords have to pay a big, big compliment to the landlords. I've never experienced such an efficient communication. In addition, there is a high willingness to help. We were even delivered drinks and chilled. A beautiful fruit plate and cava and wine were welcome gifts. The kindness is enormously great. We really appreciated it! The villa is huge and ideal for spending time with friends. The pool table and ping pong table were often used. The kitchen perfect. Everything you need is there. The condition very good. There was even a collection of coffee pods. The pool was heated for a small extra charge. Bathing has become a great pleasure. The bikes are great too. 20mins to Palma. Brilliant. This place had the best views! The listing description and photos do not do justice to how amazing the sunsets are here. Additionally, arguably one of the best features of the location is the short walk to the water. Very special with a great tide pool. It is a public area, but quite with mostly locals sunbathing. The house was as described and very clean. Communication with the host was easy. We appreciated the convenience of the market and several restaurants within walking/biking distance from the home. A really great ocean view home close (20 min) to Palma.

We had a great time. The house is as shown on pictures and described. Very peaceful place for a family or friendly retreat. The accessibility was great and directions very clear. We would be very happy to come again very soon.

The apartment is also excellently designed for a stay with children. Incredible amount of play, even snorkeling masks and sand toys were provided. Beautiful, child-friendly beaches are a short distance away by bike. However, you must know that the immediately adjacent city is a tourist settlement. But this also brings a lot of restaurants and entertainment options. Attention: from 11/1 you live in a ghost town, because everything takes a winter break. However, Ciutadella, the nearest town, is still very worth seeing and most shops are open.

A very nice villa in a quiet side street of Playa del Muro! Lovingly and stylishly furnished. A beautiful garden with outdoor kitchen! Lots of places to stay in the garden. We were two families and still had a lot of privacy. A super well equipped kitchen! You feel like home. A very friendly and good communication with Kimberley! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

We spent a great time in Francisca’s house in Deia. The house is lovely - tastefully furnished and very well equipped with everything you need during your stay. The spacious garden is wonderful with a stunning view. Everything is as described. The house was very clean and well prepared when we arrived. Francisca and her contact person in Deia were very responsive and took care of all of our requests immediately.

We had a great holiday together with our family in the Villa!! We have completely relaxed in the house and the lovely luxury garden with swimming pool. The location was perfect, not too far from attractions. The sea was a 2-minute drive away, we enjoyed this!! The presence of plenty of towels and swimming towels was also great. I recommend this villa to everyone!!

This place keeps what it promises, it's a fantastic house in a lovely quiet location. Everything is clean and well kept everything in order. It's even nicer than the photos. Communication was always very quick and personal with lots of tips around the area. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and very personally. The location of the house is great and you can get everywhere quickly and fully enjoy the island. Thank you for everything you have been great hosts and I highly recommend anyone to book here.
