Sanam was a fantastic host. Very responsive and helpful! The apartment was great. In a perfect location, just a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and the beach. The apartment had everything we needed, including some lovely local foods as a welcome gift. I would highly recommend it!

Elsa is the BEST host! She had drinks and a snack for us when we got there. The house is very clean, beds are comfortable. Her recommendations for beaches and restaurants were spot on. We really enjoyed our stay and interactions. She has a very kind and friendly spirit that made us feel at home at her place. We also loved her cute dogs and cats. Words can not describe how amazing this Airbnb is! From the location to the decore everything was amazing. The hosts were extremely helpful and super responsive. The house is located right next to a trial that takes you right down to the most beautiful coves I have ever seen. We (a group of 5) came in December so it was super peaceful. We enjoyed our trip so much and a major reason why is because of this Airbnb. The only things that were missing was there wasn’t any body wash and shampoo available in the showers.

We were very happy with the place. Three adults and yet sufficient privacy is possible for everyone. It's a short walk to the beach. Antonia was always available for us 😁 Thank you!

Very clean apartment, very spacious and comfortable bathroom, comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed and the washing machine is very convenient to save luggage. Great spacious terrace. Restaurants, shops and the sea are very close and easily accessible. Communication with Juan was also great, thank you!

The house is as pictured, if not better. It has all the necessary amenities to have a great holiday. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for a group stay. Francina was available from the moment of booking, providing us with a lot of useful information about the area, and always available, in general a great host. The house is located on the seafront of a very quiet and peaceful village, but not for this reason without services (restaurants, clubs, etc.). In addition, some of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca are located right around S’Illot. Overall, I recommend this stay because we felt right at home.

We loved our stay. The bay was beautiful and we loved being able to swim and paddle board straight from the house. The house has an old charm and is very comfortable and peaceful. We would stay again if we visited the island again.

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

A great house in a fantastic, quiet location with a sea view. The house matches the description and photos, the property and garden are even much larger than we expected. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are furnished with everything you need, the kitchen is super equipped. The house is fully and safely fenced, perfect for vacation with dog. The house is situated just outside the small fishing village and is screened, which allows a particularly quiet holiday. The village is within minutes walking and is right on the sea. There are two restaurants but no shopping. To reach the house and shop a car is absolutely necessary, about a 15-minute drive via serpentines to the nearest larger town of Esporles. The path is definitely worth seeing for the great location and view. The communication with Jean Pierre was very straightforward and pleasant.

Great place to stay with friends or family, super close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space outdoor and indoor. Really enjoyed our stay. Juan was super responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at this wonderful house! It's just like the photos, even a little more generous - definitely more than enough for us 6 adults with two toddlers. There is a gigantic fridge/freezer. Even the crib was cozy and had an extra thick mattress, so both kids would have slept in it:-) The living room is very nice and brought us relaxed through the rainy days. You can also sit well on the porch at all times. Through the beautiful view of the trees, the undeveloped hill and the nearby beach, you feel very close to nature. So it is also not bad that the house does not have a garden. The nearby and very nice pool, was also very convenient for us. Contact with Francisco was always quick, straightforward, and very friendly. All in all, the house (especially for the price) is great and we'd come back anytime!

First of all, the landlords have to pay a big, big compliment to the landlords. I've never experienced such an efficient communication. In addition, there is a high willingness to help. We were even delivered drinks and chilled. A beautiful fruit plate and cava and wine were welcome gifts. The kindness is enormously great. We really appreciated it! The villa is huge and ideal for spending time with friends. The pool table and ping pong table were often used. The kitchen perfect. Everything you need is there. The condition very good. There was even a collection of coffee pods. The pool was heated for a small extra charge. Bathing has become a great pleasure. The bikes are great too. 20mins to Palma. Brilliant. Great stay as a group of four adults and two children. House was very spacious with a choice of sitting areas to take full advantage of both sun and shade. We all especially enjoyed watching the boats come and go from the marina and being able to walk to many very good eateries. The property was very comfortable for our stay. (Huge supermarket within walking distance with great fresh meat and veg etc)

We stayed 1 week with our family ie 5 adults and 1 baby. The house was very nice and spacious, with a very nice big garden and great swimming pool. There is a BBQ area with a table and pingpong table. Very nice restaurants in walking distance with very good food and very child friendly. The host was very friendly and reacted immediately to any question we had. We had a very nice holiday!

Great place with a magnificent view right from the sofa to the sea! You can always hear the sound of the sea. Very well maintained accommodation and everything as described. Great location - very quiet yet fast in the old town of Alcúdia. We will be happy to come back sometime!

A very nice villa in a quiet side street of Playa del Muro! Lovingly and stylishly furnished. A beautiful garden with outdoor kitchen! Lots of places to stay in the garden. We were two families and still had a lot of privacy. A super well equipped kitchen! You feel like home. A very friendly and good communication with Kimberley! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

We spent a great time in Francisca’s house in Deia. The house is lovely - tastefully furnished and very well equipped with everything you need during your stay. The spacious garden is wonderful with a stunning view. Everything is as described. The house was very clean and well prepared when we arrived. Francisca and her contact person in Deia were very responsive and took care of all of our requests immediately.

This was our second stay in Casa Raya. We enjoyed it as much as the first! The location is perfect for touring the area around Porto Christo and we hope to be back.

We had a great holiday together with our family in the Villa!! We have completely relaxed in the house and the lovely luxury garden with swimming pool. The location was perfect, not too far from attractions. The sea was a 2-minute drive away, we enjoyed this!! The presence of plenty of towels and swimming towels was also great. I recommend this villa to everyone!!

The photos do not do justice to the location. Although it is not the most modern or smart house we have ever stayed in, it is a wonderful place with all our needs taken care of. Its location near the sea is just breathtaking, being possibly one of the most unspoiled, secluded coastlines on the island. There is a wonderful reef to mess around on, snorkle and swim in, being great for kids. Within 10 minutes walk is a big sandy beach, which is never overly busy. From the house, it is a short walk through your own woodland to the coast. Nearby Costa de los Pinos, Cala Bona and Cala Millor are great for evening out with loads of restaurants and things to do. We loved it. Matilde was very helpful. Thank you.

The interior design was modern and clean. The kitchen is properly equipped with dishes, there was even a juicer. All kitchen equipment works correctly. Very cozy private yard where you can sunbathe after 12 o'clock. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a washing machine, although it is not visible from the pictures. There is also a parking space for a car in the yard. The location is great, a few steps to the sea and places to eat. Supermarkets: Mercadona and Eroski are 100 m away. Since there were no new guests besides us and our flight was delayed, we were nicely waited for the correct flight time with our suitcases. It was very convenient. I definitely recommend the place and the host!
