The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. The communication with the host is great, anything we needed or questions we had was resolved.

An incredible experience, very friendly and pleasant service, and not to mention the views and surroundings, amazing and total disconnection, their accommodation is very comfortable and cozy, I will definitely be back. 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay at this little house. It is the back of a country house, fully equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated. Located in a privileged natural setting, they have taken advantage of their surroundings to enjoy the surrounding nature with a spectacular winter garden. The hosts were very nice, attentive and made every effort to make our visit as satisfactory as possible. Very close to Gijón and with good road connections. We've practically just left and we already want to go back!

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

Everything was great. Enriqueta was always attentive. The area is a paradise, the beach is amazing. If you're looking for nature, walking, beach and relaxation, it's a safe bet. We'll be back!

Mili is a lovely person who makes you feel right at home from the very first minute. The accommodation is just as described on the website, a comfortable, clean place, with everything you might need and more, which conveys the feeling of home, of really being at home. If you're traveling with kids, as was our case, it also has everything you need and if you like farm animals, you can see them live. I want to thank Mili for the special touches she had for us when we arrived (free-range eggs, cake, cheese...) and her concern to make sure everything was fine. Thanks Mili. We'll be back.

Manuel's house was cozy, everything was clean and made a very satisfactory first impression, the area is spectacular, the beach is very close, places of interest and very well connected, whenever we travel the purpose is to disconnect and relax without being aware of the time and I think we have achieved it because we were left wanting more.

Nice place. As described. Great communication. Near lots of restaurants and bars. Pretty good climb to get there, as described. A little noise from upstairs now and then, but not bad. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

We were spending a weekend in this cozy apartment, we felt right at home. Very spacious, nice and comfortable. Thanks Angel and Inma for the service.

This is the second time we've stayed at their house, and we're delighted, great service and the house is in a beautiful place, you can walk to the plains, go for a run, walk the dog, who can also bathe in the river while you walk, very quiet area with easy parking. We will definitely be back.

Super good, we were very comfortable and the apartment is just like the photos, it has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable. I recommend it 100%. Also we were lucky and throughout the end we were able to find free parking literally next door (if not close there is also a parking lot cheap)

Fantastic cosy place with a nice terrace for enjoying the sun. Beds are comfy, shower is great, and the space is well lit with the many windows available. Close to good shops and restaurants and a short walk to the many beaches nearby. Luis is a great host - highly recommend!

The house has an excellent location to visit the area and is located in a very quiet place. It is fully equipped very clean. It is cozy and perfect for a family vacation. Make a special mention of the large patio since if you go with children it is ideal. Felix is very helpful and helpful at all times. 100% Recommended. Surely we will repeat.

The house has everything you need, as if you were in your own home. In addition, Lourdes leaves you all kinds of amenities for your arrival. There was coffee, tea, Colacao, sugar, milk, E.T.C. Exceptional accommodation. With all kinds of amenities and services, everything is new or almost new, well located next to the highway and just a 10-minute drive from Santander or numerous fantastic places and places to visit. Although as dice is close to the highway it is a place full of tranquility. We have not made use of it but they also have a large restaurant with a large terrace and free parking. Communication with Javier our host is quick and very easy and was very friendly allowing us to enter the apartment before the indicated time. Without a doubt it is a place to keep repeating accommodation as long as we come back in Cantabria

Diana is a wonderful host who met us on arrival and was contactable throughout our stay if needed. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. The views over Santander and beyond are very impressive. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Santander. Thank you Diana 😊

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

We have spent some great days in Asturias. Laura's house is perfect for getaways or to have a good vacation in Luanco. We'll be back!

We were very comfortable in the apartment. The views are the best, as the previous reviews said. They don't lack any detail, the truth is that the apartment is beautiful. Downtown is just a 15-minute walk, a short walk along the promenade. You can hear the waves from bed...but they don't keep you from sleeping. All the linens and towels smelled wonderful. You can tell it's the same one they put.
