Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Llanes

The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. The communication with the host is great, anything we needed or questions we had was resolved.

Great success!!! We couldn't choose better for a special weekend. Disconnection, peace and charged batteries to get back to the routine. The place is great both inside and out. The views are spectacular, the perfect jacuzzi, and the fact that you can stay in such a place with your dog is a real luxury. In addition, Álvaro is a charm: attentive, friendly, detailed, facilitator... You can't ask for more! In short, to repeat and recommend again and again!! We had a great stay and loved La Isla - both as a wonderful spot and beach itself and as a base for exploring the whole region. We look forward to retuning for another visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this casita. This is the back of a country house, fully equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated. Located in a privileged natural setting, they have been able to take advantage of their surroundings to enjoy the surrounding nature with a spectacular winter garden. The hosts have been very nice, attentive, and have put all the facilities to make our visit as satisfying as possible. Very close to Gijón and with good road communication. We've practically just gone and we want to come back!

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

We were ten people, the house is very spacious and the kitchen is very complete with everything you need, good heating and without problems with the hot water, which is to be appreciated, we found soap and gel in the bathrooms, Alberto was very kind and attentive giving us all kinds of recommendations and information. It's a house that I would recommend it to everyone.

Ideal accommodation to disconnect for a few days and get to know the area! We didn't lack anything, to park without a problem, we would like to return in summer, it has everything nearby and the apartment has amenities for everything, having smartv is a plus! We went with our dog and everything was great in the house and in the area. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

Great stay, the apartment is as shown in the photos, central and with a parking space that makes it much easier for you. Next to restaurants, Casa Quevedo, and tourist attractions. Miguel was attentive and made our arrival easier. Thank you!!

It is already the second time that we have stayed in his house, and we are delighted, I treat great and the house is in a beautiful place, you can walk to Llanes, go for a run, walk are the dog that can also bathe in the river while you walk, very quiet area with easy parking. We will certainly repeat it again.

We have been here about a month and a half and this apartment is absolutely fantastic, very clean, spacious, with everything you need and a short distance from the beach cafe etc. German and Nieve who we met on the first day are very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Super good, we were very comfortable and the apartment is just like the photos, it has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable. I recommend it 100%. Also we were lucky and throughout the end we were able to find free parking literally next door (if not close there is also a parking lot cheap)

The apartment is nice and clean. It's a central area with all the necessary infrastructure. The beach and a gigantic park with lots of playgrounds are nearby. The neighbours are quiet, and the windows overlook a quiet courtyard.

The place responded to expectations, we were very comfortable and we didn't lack anything. The owner was attentive to our needs and was very kind.

The house felt homely and great to stay in. The neighbourhood was alittle bit further by walking after a long day to the old town but doable. There is ample parking at the port areas. Great stay and enjoyed the homely feel.

From the best homes I've been to on Airbnb. Exactly as in the photos, the fully equipped kitchen, there were plenty of towels (and that we were 7 people). Not to mention the excellent treatment from Nuria, super attentive, she responded quickly to all our doubts and even gave us a dossier with recommendations of the area of all kinds.
