Cottage vacation rentals in Llandegla

Beautiful home in a very scenic location. The little village 5 mins drive away had everything we needed and the surrounding castles are stunning. My favourite part of the whole stay was being able to sit with a coffee and watch all the birds (we even spotted a kingfisher and a woodpecker!) feeding up close from the patio area with a view of the gorgeous valley surrounding us. Niamh was a perfect host, making sure we had everything we needed and gave us a few handy tips for places to check out which made our stay all the more memorable. Thanks so much for hosting us, unfortunately we forgot our swimsuits so didn't get a chance to use the hot tub (which looked delightfully toasty!) but it's a great excuse to come back soon!

Perfect weekend stay at this lovely cottage in North Wales. Well equipped, spacious and great value for money. Lola was responsive to all our queries and all instructions were clear. Unfortunately we stayed during a storm so didn’t get to venture outside but the hot tub made up for that! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We booked Steven's place for our mini-moon and it was a beautiful home! The surroundings are gorgeous & so peaceful, the home itself was spotless and everything was to a high standard. The log burner being lit on arrival, the Christmas tree and the gift for us were such lovely touches and really made our visit special. Our 1 year old sausage dog absolutely loved their spaniel Maggie, she is the sweetest girl! We're already talking about coming back with friends. Thank you Steven!

Great stay just outside of Chester, 15 minutes in the car. Would recommend staying. Jacuzzi is great just takes a long time to get up to temperature. Take wood with you before arriving. Would stay here again next time in the area. Host was great.

Fabulous 2 night stay. The cottage is beautiful and extremely well equipped. Lovely private garden with a hot tub and garden furniture. Lovely views from the beautiful bathroom veranda. Everything is here that you could wish for, it’s like home from home. Close enough to walk into Chester in 35 mins. Excellent communication from Vanessa with clear instructions to get to and access the property. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Jane is a lovely lady with a beautiful place. the outside is as lovely as inside, both front and back. Hot tub was lovely and warm, the area around it was dry and clean, and had lovely lights all around the outside which were very nice in the dark. She left easy to follow instructions getting to the place, and even left an umbrella for when we got out the car as it was raining. She replied quickly to messages and checked on us to make sure everything was OK. probably the best place I've stayed, all the little things as well as the big ones made it a lovely weekend.

Cuddfan is a beautiful place to stay in a great location. So much to see and do in the local area and beyond. Immaculate throughout and hot tub was great. A very much needed short break. Very clear directions with photos and information.

Jan and Richs place is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice and was all decked out for the Christmas period. We unfortunately arrived the day before Storm Darragh that we were very unprepared for. Rich and Jan were great and made us some homemade scones as we were unable to head out on a walk we had planned. We made good use of the hot tub while we could before being hit with a power cut (the whole village!). Jan and Rich helped us get a nice fire going, emergency lights and candles to get us through until it came back on and came out late in the evening to top us up on kindling. They were great and very apologetic despite it being completely unpreventable. We had a great time and made a good memory with our 6 year old. They were kind enough to offer the hot tub of no change and a gift at the end of our stay which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you both! Bali and Lawrence x

Lovely personal touch with the Prosecco, mince pies, bread, butter and milk. Loved the bijou table and chairs in the kitchen and well equiped. Perfect location within the Castle Walls.

Lovely canal side cottage in very convenient location. Super clean, tastefully furnished, with everything we needed and even the pleasant surprise of breakfast basics. Handy for town and local pubs. Would definitely return.

Absolutely loved staying here. Such a pretty cottage that has been beautifully decorated both inside and out. Fantastic eclectic furnishings and immaculately clean. Loved the master bedroom and garden. Super comfy king-sized bed with quality bedding and huge soft towels. Lovely welcome by Rachel, who was both friendly and helpful as were her family members. Ive cottage was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was ideal, close to attractions but still peaceful. Highly recommend!

arriving despite terrible weather, after a 4 hour journey, delighted to say the place was warm and welcoming. also hot showers and comfortable beds and the homemade Bara Brith was a nice touch. :)

Perfect cottage, perfect location. A lovely cottage in the heart of Conwy, handy for shops, restaurants & everything else. Everything you needed was there & Karen was a great host. Parking space was so handy. I look forward to staying again soon.

Fantastic stay at Sue and Steve’s cottage. The pictures do not give it justice. The cottage was spotlessly clean and was provided with everything we needed. The village and surrounding area is beautiful; lots of lovely walks to do straight from the door step. Would definitely recommend!

Such a lovely Air bnb, well kept and in a lovely area. About an easy 30min drive from Chester, and taxis reasonable price. Easy parking and kept clean. Kept warm with heating and good WiFi. Shaun also very responsive through the messages if we had a query. Overall we had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend!

What wonderful hosts Nigel and Margaret are! Warm and friendly; they could not do enough to help. Great advice and suggestions as well. The cottage is beautiful, and very well appointed with everything you could realistically need. It even has a BBQ and outdoor sitting area, and private parking. WiFi was good; not that you should need it in such a pretty place. Little touches like Milk and a Bara Brith were a lovely thing to arrive to. A 10 minute walk to the lakeside at Bala, and another 5 into downtown Bala. So convenient, and it's easy to get to most popular places within around 1hr drive (through some stunning scenery). The icecream shop in town is excellent, cherry cheesecake flavour was delicious. I could not recommend staying here enough; it's excellent! Thank you both again for making our wonderful Welsh holiday so special.

We’ve had a lovely couple of days catching up with friends. The Royal Oak and Morris Dancers are fantastic pubs with great food. Plenty of walks and doggie friendly. Julie’s place was lovely and homely, clean and Julie was responsive and kind. Looking forward to our next trip!

First of all a very friendly and personable host. An ideal property for a couple Cosy lounge, very usable kitchen, spacious bathroom with large shower cubicle and a good sized bedroom with comfortable bed.

A really lovely property and surrounding area. The addition of dog Blankets and towels was great and useful. Unfortunately we didn't get to spend too much time at the property, as we were on a course throughout the days into the evenings. But what we did experience was lovely. fantastic views, the place was well set up. We will definitely book again should we be in that part of the country again. They've taken on my feedback regarding the many plug in fragrances. I'm only mentioning it, in case anyone else suffers from migraines or sensory processing disorder like myself, maybe you could contact in advance and ask for them ro be turned off. we will in future. we also weren't sure how safe they were for the doggos. I don't normally sleep well, and managed to whilst staying here.

Quiet farm location and makes an ideal base for exploring the area in cosy self catering accomodation. I myself would use again if returning to the area with friends.

The cottage is a great escape in Wales, with plenty of natural visiting spots nearby. The space is well designed and a cosy winter escape.
