Vacation rentals in Ljubljanica

Lovely stay! Nika and Jan were very responsive to our messages and left us a lovely bottle of Slovenian wine!

We had 2 families (4 adults and 5 children) on the floor 6 days. It was an ideal base camp to go to visit Bled, walk through Triglav park or through Jezersco (less touristy but equally beautiful). As all the comments warn you have to get used to the ringing of the bells and the absence of blinds in the rooms but the beds are very comfortable, the apartment is very clean and well equipped and the hosts are friendly. We recommend it!

Sisters Simenc was wonderful. I liked the balance of being close enough to walk into town, but far enough away there wasn’t a lot of traffic. There’s also a bus stop nearby if you prefer to cut down on walking. We had a number of activities planned, and several of them were less than 10 minutes from the apartment (bike rental, boat rental, grocery store, restaurants). A couple of our plans required meeting at the main bus stop, which is either a lovely walk along the lake or a short bus trip (parking in Bled hard to find). Boris and Tatiana were very friendly, loaned us beach towels and made fresh bread almost every day and offered us some produce from their garden! The apartment was very clean and cozy, amazing water pressure in the shower, and we enjoyed cooling off in the air conditioning on hot days. We didn’t cook a lot, but for 2 people, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had the very best time and our accommodations were part of what made our trip so enjoyable!

It’s a great location, walking distance from the city center. I would recommend it as Tea is very reactive and helpful in her communication as well.

Very nice base for a holiday in Slovenia! Perfect location between Bled, Bohinj, Triglav, kransjka gora, ljubljana, Kamnik,.. The cottage is very spacious in a quiet and cute village with beautiful views. Definitely recommended!

Lovely, peaceful setting with a view of the mountains and a convenient walking path to the village. You have ultimate privacy as the home is located at the very end of a gravel road through agricultural fields and small garden plots. House was very clean and everything worked just fine. Very convenient to the large market (groceries, general household needs...and gelato!). Two things to be aware of: There are three houses in the general area with the same address so be sure to put the entire address into your GPS. Also all sleeping areas are upstairs up a stepladder type of stairs. It's fine, but not the house for those with mobility issues. Nela is warm and welcoming and very helpful with tips to make your stay in Slovenia memorable!

For us, it was a good place as a base for hiking in the Kamnicko-Sawiń Alps, Juliska Alps and Karawanskaya. The neighborhood is quiet, there is a river next to it, and there is also a highway entrance nearby. Even the watch is unnecessary, because the clock on the tower of the church breaks the hours.

We had a lovely stay at the villa and felt very comfortable! Tina was easily accessible from the beginning and took care of our well-being. Unfortunately, there was a construction site in the access road during our stay - nevertheless it was quite possible to reach the accommodation on foot and Tina always tried to find suitable solutions for us. Overall a recommended place to stay and a consistently good host!

Miha is a great host, he was very open and friendly, and gave us lots of recommendations and ideas what to do and where to eat. We loved the house and the view, its decorated with heart and you can see the passion and love Miha devoted to it. we had an amazing stay, we relaxed at the fireplace and loved the view, we visited places and had fun. the location of the house is excellent, we would love to come again. all the best wishes, Miha! :)
