Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ljubljana

The apartment is brand new, equipped with all the comforts, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The location is stunning, surrounded by greenery with beautiful landscapes and meadows with cows and horses. Despite this, it's only a 15-minute drive to the center of Ljubljana. And within less than an hour's drive, you can visit many places of interest like the Postojna Caves or Lake Bled.However, I want to make a special mention of Nataša and her wonderful family. They welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. They were kind, accommodating, and fulfilled our every need. Every day, they brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden, and the granny cooked traditional Slovenian dishes for us to try. They were also amazing with our dogs, providing every kind of comfort for them and taking care of them when we couldn't bring them along. Thank you to super-host Nataša, Gašper, Granny, and the whole family, for making us feel at home!

We had a great time at this hunter's home. The view is amazing! The accommodation is suitable for adventurers who are comfortable in a rustic environment. The neighboring farmhouse is also quiet and the owners are very kind. It's easy to wander around the country from this quiet place. We recommend it!

If one need to unwind and reset oneself look no further. Barbara's property is "the place". With views of the Zbilije lake and hundreds of Swans it create a dreamlike ambience. Highly recommend. I surely will return to this amazing property. Barbara is an amazing host.

Petra’s place is fantastic for a larger group. It has EVERYTHING you need and is great for keeping kids entertained as well e.g. large and well-equipped playroom and pool. Petra was the most amazing hostess; very responsive, lots of great local recommendations, flexible and extremely friendly and welcoming. Petra made us feel right at home and we will definitely be back in Slovenia again.

We had a wonderful stay at Katarina's house. The house was well equipped and in a great location for us to explore Slovenia. Katarina was super helpful and ensured we had everything we needed!

Beautiful place, very quiet, surrounded by trees. My stay was for working purposes but still I had a good time. Fabian’s parents are the nicest people.

Barbara was very helpful, always responded quickly and was interested in our arrival. She also had the fireplace on to help us find the house. She had also left useful things like coffee, oil and dishwasher tablets available in the kitchen. She was a super host. I highly recommend it

Great location, 10min drive out of Ljubljana centre. Very peaceful small town setting. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Host always helpfull even to the point of waiting in the rain for us when we were a little lost. Thankyou Mirjam.

Loved it all about this place! It is very easily accessible from the train station (on foot or by bus) and you are in the middle of the old town in a few minutes walking distance. I was in Ljubljana for the first time and in love with shock in this beautiful city. This certainly wasn't the last time I've been there and if possible, I would definitely choose this place again. It is very cozy, very well equipped, extremely clean and completely adequate for 1-2 people. I was traveling alone and felt absolutely comfortable in the apartment. The hosts were extremely accommodating and understanding and supported me on my arrival and gave great tips. They were always quick to respond to my messages and were very personable. Clear and warm recommendation. :) Thanks a lot!

The apartment was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed the easy walk through the beautiful Tivoli Park into the city centre and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable, spacious, well decorated and had a fantastic kitchen. We really enjoyed using the appliances. We also loved being able to do our washing - a great laundry set up. Tara, Jelena’s daughter was great at answering any queries. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Ljubljana.

Great location very quiet. Very central and makes it easy to reach every part of the country. Big plus: free parking. Very friendly and very responsive host! This place is more than enough for those who want to visit Slovenia in a few days, I recommend it.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at the House of Adventure! The hosts met us on arrival and enthusiastically shared their recommendations on what to do in the area. The home was comfortable and well-equipped and features endless hiking and cycling just out the front door. Ljubljana, Lake Bled, and other must-see tourist stops were an easy day-trip for us. We would highly recommend this stay!

perfect little getaway

Beautiful holiday week in quiet surroundings. There was nothing missing.

What’s not to like about our stay at the Villa Laura! It accommodated our family of 9 perfectly, is well equipped with everything you need, and strategically located close to town. The host, Ziga, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A couple of tips. There is a great restaurant called Fine Food Berc within a 5 minute walk from the Villa Laura. For those more active folks jogging around the lake is a great way to start the day and only 4.5 miles or take a hike up the small ski hill near Ziga’s place to capture some beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

A hostess with a warm heart. The destination was a paradise in the middle of nature but with every comfort. Beautiful views from the various balconies. Located along a wonderful river. Nice walks. Top pool to refresh. What a luxury in the beautiful Slovenian nature.

Excellent Accomodation and the host, Boris, was great. We enjoyed our time thoroughly.

We felt very comfortable at the place and Tadej is a good host. You have a beautiful view from the terrace and can enjoy the village tranquility. It is a good base for getting to know and explore the region. Then we were able to relax in Tadej's house.
