Vacation rentals with a patio in Live Oak

We were visiting for 5 days to meet our 4 month old grand niece. This unit was perfect for my wife and our older daughter. We each had total separation for bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. unlike other places we've rented. All the linens were high quality as were the accessories such as toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues, shampoo, conditioner. The showers worked great. HOT water and good shower pressure. The balcony with 2 chairs and a small table was a real plus. This unit faces SW so there is plenty of natural light which was great especially in December. This is on the quiet part of the Riverwalk directly across the street from the San Antonio Art Museum. We enjoyed our walks. I didn't get a chance to visit, but there is a food truck area nearby open from 5 PM to midnight. All in all this was an ideal apartment, best Air B&B we've had. Richie was great. Will try to stay here again on our next visit.

We stayed for a couple of days while we visited the Riverwalk. It was great location, 10 minute walk from the Riverwalk, and we felt safe the whole walk. The apartment was INCREDIBLY clean, to the point we wondered if it was a new Airbnb! Lance gave us a heads up about the entry, and following the directions, we had no issue getting in. We figured out that the key fob gets us entry to our floor, and maybe others were confused about that? I would book again for our next trip because we were so comfortable, and we felt so safe in the heart of San Antonio.

It was very like home and inviting from start to finish. Definitely will return in the future. Highly recommended and suggest you totally use her guide book.

I had a conference to attend the Marriott Rivercenter for 3 days and it was an absolutely beautiful 13 minute walk every morning and afternoon through the city and down the river! Of course it helped that the weather was perfect but Lauren’s place made me feel right at home. Parking was easy, I followed the advice and parked for 3 days at the lot two blocks down across from the courthouse. The apartment building is older, but so eclectic and cool. Ambiance was set with jazz music right when I checked in. I truly appreciated all the attention to detail and overall vibe of the place.

Loved my stay! Very comfy and would 100% rent again if I was to visit again.

Zohaib was a gracious host and super communicative. Didn't message him much, but he always responded within minutes. The house is modern and spacious and laid out well. There are modern TV's in every room, including the office space, which he converted to a sleeping room. There are enough amenities to be comfortable and the kitchen and moderately stocked. I would recommend bringing high volume kitchen supplies if you are entertaining a large group, but for the two of us, it was just right. Everything was as described and functioned as it was designed to function. The garage is locked and cannot be used by guests, but that was not a huge deal. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located around a lot of restaurants and retail space. I would stay again.

My girlfriend and I are nomads so we’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to Airbnbs. Our host Marianne did not let down. We stayed at her house for a month to explore SA and most of the fun was within walking distance. We never felt unsafe. As for the house, you can easily tell how much time, thought, and effort Marianne put in to designing a great experience for her guests. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this stay to anyone. Strengths: The backyard was very dog friendly. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking / long term stays. We stayed 1 month. The furniture, including the bed, were all comfy. We felt at home. Note: Consider the nearby railroad. We’d recommend bringing your favorite white noise machine for the night. Weaknesses: None

Just spent a glorious five days at this beautiful house. Quiet, serene neighborhood with very few sounds...easily walkable with stores and shops close by. But the main star is the house and the hot tub. Seriously, one of the best hot tubs I have EVER been in. We went in every single night and just looked at the stars and the full moon. Beautiful. Axel was quick to reply and very thorough in everything. The house was immaculate and so well kept and designed. I'm already dreaming of the next time we get to come back. 6/5 stars and more!

Everything was wonderful! The beds were so comfy and so many pillows and extra blankets made it so cozy. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone interested in staying in New Braunfels!

Had a large group gathering in Gruene. Both units were clean, well decorated, and had great accommodations. I will definitely look to rent the space again when in the area. Location is great and Mark was a great host!

The condo is beautiful and tucked away in a peaceful location that’s near the medical center with lots of trees and privacy. It was super clean, is just like the photos and Isabel thought of every detail like an extra toothbrush if you forgot to bring yours. Garage is on the bottom floor and condo is on the 3rd floor. Neighbors are quiet, and the outdoor area is lovely (a little too hot for us to use regularly because of the time of year, but super enjoyable at night). An excellent place for a longer-term stay! Isabel was always quick to respond and went out of her way to help us when an apartment situation fell through at the last minute. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The complex was peaceful. The kids and I loved walking down to the river. Visits to Gruene and Canyon Lake were on our itinerary and were just a short drive away! The communication with Justin & Whitney was very helpful! Lots of great memories were made ❤️

Loved our stay at the Hard Rock Resort! It was comfortable and close to everything we wanted. Larry was very helpful and accommodating! Would absolutely recommend!

Would come back here in a heartbeat. Once you get past the dorm-ish hallways, it feels like a super-private stay even though it's a large apartment building in the downtown (maybe midtown) area. The great view of the river and the balcony made it incredibly peaceful. Plenty of light coming in through the windows plus the cheery decor made it feel light and and welcoming. I appreciated things like the French press, tea kettle, and toaster in the well-appointed kitchen. Workspace perfect- a great spot get some work done, but also enjoy the view and take coffee breaks on the lovely balcony. Location awesome- you could explore a different restaurant or area every day, all walkable, for at least a week. Or, if you want to veg and watch movies, there are two giant TVs. It's kind of an area in transition, so it doesn't feel too crowded, but still feels safe. New stuff popping up all the time... like the new food hall, Make Ready, literally across the parking lot. Loved it, thanks!
