We rented this pied à terre because we had an organized wedding nearby and we found the splendid place where the change of scenery is total. , there is a pond, horses and the site is huge. Pierre is very affordable and has very good advice, a special thank you to Aurelie who managed our requests ( a wifi box for example ) in 2 minutes and always attentive. This house is perfect for a quiet stay, surrounded only by fields and cows. Quality equipment, large fireplace, everything is planned to be as pleasant as possible. Immediate proximity to Pont l'Evêque, and very easy communication with Astrid. We would highly recommend.

Sylvain is a great and accommodating host! The building has a crazy charm, and the accommodation was perfect. It feels like you, and the very seaside furniture gives an escape that contributes to the good experience. The apartment is also worth its price, we are directly opposite the beach, with the beautiful view from the balcony. Parking was also very easy, full of street space, or adjacent streets. I would highly recommend this listing!

We had a very pleasant stay, Michael's residence is very well maintained and the location is perfect for quiet rest. Michael is a gracious host and very available when we needed him on site. We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday. As soon as we arrived, we felt "at home" thanks to Philippe's warm welcome. The house is very spacious, very well-equipped and matches the photos. The children were able to enjoy the heated pool which is very nice. We had a lovely weekend at Villa Boubou and will gladly come back. Thanks for hosting us, Philippe and Karine. In addition, the house is really very close to the first beaches and in particular that of Cabourg which we really enjoyed.
