I stay here a few times a month for work. This particular trip Brandon outdid himself with flexibility and understanding. Also, this is a wonderful home to stay in. It has everything you need! I stayed in several places in Lubbock and this is the one I keep coming back to

The Fig Tree Cottage was exactly what we were looking for to visit our son at Texas Tech. Beds were so very comfortable and the big updated bathroom and shower was wonderful!! Kitchen had everything we needed as we prefer to cook most meals. Grocery store just a few blocks away is a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the porch as well as the back yard. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

The house was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Wish that there were TVs in the bedrooms as you have to go out into the living room and watch TV instead of laying in the comfort of the bed but other than that, the stay was awesome would surely book again.

Kali saved the day for us! We checked into another Airbnb that was filthy and not as presented in the listing. As we were looking for other last minute places available, my son remembered staying at the sandlot before and enjoying it. Thank goodness it was available! And thank you, Kali, for being super responsive and letting us book a last minute stay. We all breathed a huge sigh of relief when we walked inside. It’s a cozy home that is very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

This place was exactly as described and was in a great area with nothing sketchy in the area. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. The garage conversion to a game room was well done and a lot of fun. We had a great stay.

Whitney was absolutely wonderful! She was super accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, as well as lots of snacks and fruit (and even a sweet gift for our new baby)! The house was cozy and perfect for our needs, and the outdoor areas were great for relaxing and letting our toddler play. We also enjoyed the little park across the street for getting some fresh air during our stay! 10/10 would recommend and we’ll definitely be back!
