Great spot on the border of Hollywood and Weho in a nice neighborhood, walkable to various shops and restaurants, and very central / good freeway access to use as a base in LA. Own parking spot was a gem in this area. Kitchen was nicely appointed, and the interior of the apartment was cozy. Would definitely stay there again.

Ana Maria was very helpful with instructions and her place was super comfortable and clean. she's friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. Her place was well furnished and left instructions on how to manage all electronics and to connect to wifi as well as local restaurants. I love that she made our stay so peaceful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in this area.

Barbara ‘s place is a listing I will remember! I felt right at home in her cozy apartment as she greeted me with lovely Mau Mau the cat. So many amenities! Snacks, cereals, yogurt, plenty of coffee pods for the keurig machine, bathroom also fully stocked … I only had to bring my toothbrush. The place was quiet, the bed comfortable and Mau Mau is a true gem. I will be back!

We lost our home in the Palisades fire and were so thankful to have somewhere to go right away. Upon arrival there was a big bag of goodies waiting for us from Trader Joe’s - fruit, chocolate, etc. We were given an extra parking place and had everything we needed (minus our house and everything in it💔) for our stay. Bed was very comfortable, and beach, restaurants, shopping all either walking distance or very close by.

John’s place is pretty close to Santa Monica Pier while in a quiet neighborhood. The place is secured with key fob entry requirements at all entry points. The actual place has all the listed amenities.

We had a great stay! The apartment is small and cute, perfect for two people. The neighborhood is very walkable, just a couple blocks from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a few minutes away. Or you can walk along the beach on the strand For an easy mile to get downtown.

This is a lovely quiet neighborhood and a very nice accommodation. Our son lives nearby so it is perfect for our visits.

I entered the Airbnb in the immediate aftermath of the Altadena fire. The hosts were responsive and showed concern for my family's welfare and comfort. They were very empathetic and wanted to be sure we were safe. I appreciated that as well as the comfort of their home. Remarkably, they still had an air filter that was ready for use when many other rentals have put it away. I loved having a full kitchen and good pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. I appreciated every detail they put into this unit. Top notch in every way!

I'd stay at Carlos' place again! It had everything I needed for a 10-night stay, and it was nice to find Eagle Rock has great places to eat close-by. I'd recommend walking to Cindy's diner for breakfast/lunch. If you're going to the beach often, I'd stay closer to the coast, but my business was in the valley and up in Angeles National Forest so the traffic was light compared to other areas in Central LA.

Sean was a good host and the place is very well kept! Unfortunately the last guests did not abide by the no smoking rule, so there was a very strong tobacco odor upon entering- but Sean was helpful, offering to order air fresheners and candles. Otherwise, no issues with the stay- the place is beautiful and having dedicated parking is very much appreciated! As well, the gated location makes the place feel safer/more private. Overall, good location and host!

Amazing place right in the heart of the Venice canals. Could not ask for a better setting or location. Extremely helpful and proactive host. Our stay was absolutely perfect. Would 100% come back.

Our stay at Mieko’s Airbnb was fantastic! The location was close to the airport and centrally located to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Mieko was an outstanding host, addressing any issues we had promptly and with a friendly attitude.

Had a great stay at David’s place. The place was as described, safe, quiet, and easy to get to. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water!

It was a perfect stay with absolutely no negative points to mention. First of all, the apartment is located in a prime area of Marina Del Rey, and not only the apartment itself but also the surroundings are clean and safe. The location offers excellent accessibility to various places, allowing you to make the most of your precious time during your stay. The yacht harbor of Marina Del Rey is only a 5-minute walk away, the beach is a 10-minute walk, Venice Beach is a 15-minute walk, and Santa Monica Beach is a 5-minute drive. The interior of the apartment is fantastic, and you don’t need to bring anything with you. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, kitchen tools, and even seasonings. The bathroom amenities are complete as well. For groceries, there’s a Ralphs supermarket right next to the apartment, and Trader Joe’s is just a 5-minute walk away, so you can get anything you need. Within the apartment complex, there’s an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, and even a BBQ area.

Our stay was very enjoyable! The location of the place was fantastic—everything we needed was conveniently close by. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had a great experience and would highly recommend it to others.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

Excellent neighborhood with just a short walk down to the marina. Groceries, restaurants and other shops just around the corner. The apartment is in a building with amazing facilities such as gym, pool area, chill pool and outdoors jacuzzi. We had an amazing stay!

All too often you find people lying all the time on Airbnb but this company is honest and great on every point. Love their places.
