Vacation rentals with a patio in Little Mountain

This is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in Australia. It was extremely clean. The level of privacy was amazing!it was my birthday and had the best time! Thank you Martin for a memorable stay. We will be back soon! ❤️

We had a great stay at Ann’s place. Beautifully decorated apartment and right by the beach. Ann was also very responsive and provided clear instructions to get in. Would totally come back

Jo and Nigel’s place was wonderful, perfect location, you can walk everywhere! The ground floor apartment had great access to the pool area. Communication was friendly and prompt. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Great apartment that’s close to the plaza and short drive to beaches. Easy to find apartment building with clear instructions provided. Had a great stay, if only for a few days. Would definitely consider when visiting Maroochydore in the future.

Sams unit is comfortable, had such good feeling about it and is in a great position to walk everywhere. Having the pool and the river with a beach right out the front of the unit made the area feel special. It was clean tidy with good bedding and set up very well. Sam was friendly and was always there if needed. I would not hesitate to book there again.

The best host ever! Rads is a beautiful soul. Very responsive, happy and helpful host. The property was immaculately cleaned.

My partner and I had a great 5 night stay at Manny’s apartment. We were looking for a quiet comfortable place with a nice pool and proximity to the beach, and that’s exactly what we got. The apartment is in a great location overlooking the pool and you can be on the apartment balcony and feel like you are poolside. The apartment was clean and homely and had everything we needed. Air con excellent. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen is a little tired but this was not an issue for us. Thank you Manny and team.

The place was beautiful and homey and had everything you need, bed was quite hard but other than that it was perfect, exactly like the photos, great privacy and great host. Definitely would stay again.

A faultless stay. A stylish and spacious property, much bigger than on photos. Fully equipped house, especially the kitchen. Enjoyed the pool, spa, pool table, Kayaks, bbq ect. Well maintained and professionally managed. Extremely friendly and responsive hosts. 5 stars from us and highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Willows house! Perfect location, easy living & a very functional home. Great for kids, our toddler was entertained & safe to play independently in the home & yard. The house was beautifully styled and everything was thought of. We had a 6 week long stay and the house had everything we could need & plenty to do & see in the location! Thanks for a wonderful stay! We will be back! ☺️

A beautiful spot and very peaceful and comfy. Our family totally enjoyed our stay and all rated it 11/10 😃. House was super clean and very easy to live in for our stay. It has wonderful surroundings great swim spots and lots to do! Truly enjoyed our stay and it was soo worth the price! Will not hesitate to recommend to others especially if you have a family of four kids!

We had the most peaceful stay at Jo’s. Nestled among the trees, being woken to the sound of birdsong was exactly what we needed… if we could stay forever we would! Both Jo and Lucy were such kind and accommodating hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, during a really challenging time for us. We couldn’t recommend Jo’s place higher!

It’s a really easy place to stay, great location, a few minutes easy walk to the beach and cafes. The house is spacious, light and airy, clean, everything works properly, and communication is prompt, clear, straightforward and kind. The bedrooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, linen is good, lots of kitchen equipment, just a good and easy overall place to stay, and good value.

It was very nice, pleasant stay at Rita's. It's situated in a beautiful area with great views from the backyard. Rita was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I was on an annual work trip and in need of a longer term base, Fourth Ave Caloundra was excellent for this purpose. The property had everything you could possibly need. And it was absolutely immaculate. Beautifully presented. Clean and comfy. Wonderful neighbours in Unit 1 who helped with anything I needed during my stay. I felt safe and secure there. The accommodation was very highly priced so I had to move locations when school holidays came along again, but all in all it was a lovely Sunny Coast chapter in Caloundra and I am very grateful to have had the experience.

Great location in Maroochydore. Water view and directly across the road from the Maroochy RSL. Big and new apartment with a great balcony. Would stay here again.

Wendy and her husband are the best airbnb hosts we have ever had. They went the extra mile to make us feel right at home and provided us with excellent recommendations for the area. The house and location is absolutely incredible and very well kept, we would recommend as a place to stay for anyone😊

Gorgeous spot to relax and get out and adventure also. Great location. Beautiful view's. Handy to things close by. Great walking distance to beach, comfy beds. Best way to end the day was to sit with a wine in arvos looking at water from the balcony. Definitely recommend.

Very nicely presented and sizeable space for a few days stay. Clean and well equiped. Quick beach access. As mentioned in description there was some construction noise, but not too much on weekend.

Many thanks Terry, we had a great time, my daughters wanted to stay longer, we had everything that we needed very close by and the house was very comfortable, clean and had everything in the kitchen, laundry, aircon, BBQ and garage. 100% recommended for a family of 4.

Straight across from the park which leads to the beach, directly above a great cafe with awesome coffee and the home itself was perfect for our family of 4. great host and even better apartment. my wife and I went with our 6 month year old and it was a breeze. From check in and private garage to days by the pool, very happy. will definitely be returning when we decide to visit Noosa again.

Really great apartment close to beach and restaurants. Kitchen had everything you would need. Melissa was really helpful when we lost the key!
