This place is the definition of a luxe villa private resort. The airbnb was beyond cosy and comfortable. But what really made it stand out was the Chef Sherry and the house manager Sherika. Nothing was ever too much for them and they always were smiling and energetic & bubbly. This home is so private and spacious. The beach is incredible with so much privacy. I couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in during our family trip. We can’t wait to return and do it again! 10/10!

I can’t say enough about this place! Absolutely fabulous! From the moment I booked Faith was amazing. She assisted me with every single need. Tours, groceries, transportation, she was so responsive. The villa itself is an absolute dream. You are on the ocean and the views are the best you will ever get. The staff at the villa were the absolute sweetest and made you feel right at home. They kept the villa spotless and the meals were out of this world. I have travelled all over the world and this is one of my favorite spots! I will definitely be back! I can’t highly recommend this villa and its staff enough! Do it you will not regret it I promise!

The pictures do not do this property justice. The home was spacious, thoughtful, and beautiful. Ms. Ann was our housekeeper, and she was just stellar, as was the chef we hired, Jossimar. There's rich landscaping and lovely interior design details that were great. Taking walks in the estate was a great morning routine, and having the country club for quick eats when needed was also nice. I highly recommend this home.

An expansive open-air swimming pool is centrally located, flanked by spacious lounging areas with sunbeds. The retractable canopy provides shelter while allowing natural light. Elegant landscaping and soft furnishings enhance the area, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.

It was our greatest pleasure to meet Jessica, she really is the most incredible host. We fell in love with Windfall House, and within two days of staying there, we had to rebook again for next year. The pictures really don’t do this property the justice it deserves, it’s magnificent. We were treated to the most wonderful hospitality, from our amazing chef, Ezri, who prepared delicious meals for us every day, to Matthew who was on hand to assist to any of our needs throughout our stay, and the amazing housekeeping team Janelle, Jamelia and Danesha who kept the villa immaculate and smelling divine as well! It’s a fabulous location, private, beautiful garden and lovely sea views from the upstairs balcony. We had a car and it’s very easy to get to all of the shops, restaurants and bars if you want to, and the lovely west coast beaches, but it’s very very difficult to want to leave at all. Thank you, thoroughly recommend!

Had an amazing time at Nirvana! The house is spectacular and inviting. The views are amazing, and you couldn't get any closer to waterfront! By far what made it even better was the staff- Yvonne - the chef- wonderful , Shakira- took great care of us, Yusef- went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They made us feel like family. Had a wonderful Thanksgiving there. The only advice for future guests- bring water shoes!

Wonderful place right on the water. Even more beautiful than the pictures show. The chef was absolutely amazing. The food she prepared was amazing! If you’re looking for a nice getaway to get a real taste of Barbados, I would highly recommend this place. If you’re renting a car, be advised that parking is a little tight.

What a fabulous home! The beach was incredible and Margot took great care of us during our stay. Can’t wait to come back again.

The One at James a Blue Sky property is a well maintained absolutely gorgeous property on the west coast in the parish of St. James, Barbados. Set back from the road and unassuming, this well appointed condo offers beautiful views, every reasonable amenity that you could want, access to a private beach and did I mention it is tastefully decorated? Every bedroom has its own layout adorned with thoughtful touches making each one of them cozy and inviting. There is a separate, yet easily accessible fully equipped cottage that offers just the right amount of privacy.l This amazing condo truly looks like the pictures posted. If you weren’t considering visiting Barbados you most certainly should. If you are searching for a place to stay, look no further….I just told you where….The One at St. James is it. You’re welcome!!
