Very nice and luxurios house with all nessecities. Quiet, but still close to beach, supermarket and good traditional restaurants. A big house for 4 persons!

My family and I came to Villa Ihor for 2 weeks & couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Thanos had asked us the names & sex of the children who were coming so that he could add some extras for them & did he do that! The thought he put into making everything perfect for our arrival was amazing! From children’s toys to blankets and even change pads, he really thought of everything! He communicated with us prior to our arrival many times to ensure that we were all set and had all of the information we needed, and he was there for our arrival as friendly and thoughtful as we expected him to be based on our communications ! Villa Ihor had everything that we could possibly need & the pictures don’t even do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person! There are many opportunities for shade in the backyard. This place is exactly as you see it in the pictures. We loved the peace and quite the location offers and the view is amazing. Maria also was very accommodating and flexible. Very nice beaches close by with the car.

Great house & a unique AirBnB experience - hosts were very welcoming & nice - the house itself is sort of a farm, it is located in a very peaceful & quiet countryside area surrounded by a huge garden with grass, trees, hammocks, deck chairs & a pool, there were even a nice dog & some chicken around. Our kids really loved the place & so did we. Please note that the shower was slippery when used so watch yourself & the kids when showering. All in all a great experience & a very memorable & fun place. Thank you Maria & husband !

Lovely location for those who want quiet, I recommend for family with maximum 5 members. Extremely welcoming hosts, gave us information about the area and a little attention right on arrival....and the house they offer for rent is very tastefully arranged. The location is not next to the beach but we were looking for exactly this, by car you don't make more than 3 - 5 minutes to the beach. The house is extremely beautiful, a Greek holiday home equipped with absolutely everything you need, even in addition : big yard with flowers and lawn, driveway for car, barbecue, pool, terrace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one bedroom with a king size bed and two other with a single bed, 2 air conditioners. We will gladly return to this location whenever we have the opportunity !

Katerina was a nice host. The place is a little higher on the street that maps app suggests, but she gave us instructions and we found it. The house was big and clean, the neighborhood quiet. :)

The perfect place for relaxing and enjoying - close to sea and Olymp mountain. The house is very comfortable, with all the amenities you need, the fireplace is a gem. Chrysoula is the perfect host - responsive, hospitable and always available for help. Highly recommended 😊

Very beautiful location with nice view. Full to all the necessities of the home, large outdoor space. Kind and considerate Gabi as a host, we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend to friends.

We ended a great trip to Villa Pasithea. The property is beautiful, spotless and fully equipped. It is tastefully decorated and located just a few steps from the lively village square, nevertheless it remains quiet and comfortable. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. Giannis and his family were very friendly. We were welcomed with homemade sweets, which was a very nice gesture. The sea is very close (50m) and good for swimming and snorkelling (we do recommend swimming shoes to cross the rocks when getting in and out). Litochoro and Olympus national park are only a short drive away. There are restaurants in walkable distance when you follow the beach. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay

Location, Location, Location! Central and close to/at the beach , but quiet. Own Parking for up to 3 cars is a huge plus (especially in July/August). Alexandros is a very pleseant guy and great host.

Perfect place! For us it was a great stop from the Meteora Monasteries and Bansko. We were one night and it is definitely not enough. Great, communicative hosts, quick to respond, and always ready to help. The house is much prettier in person. Very invested! Lots of space for a family up to 6. Everything is clean,new,spotless and tidy at a very high level. A wonderful yard with fruit trees and a place for a barbecue. There are two lavatories. A quiet and pastoral place. Really just wow!!! We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends! Thank you so much to the landlords,you are lovely as well as the house!

Pantelis and his mother not only welcomed us to their house but also to their family. They are really nice and helpful persons. The house is very close to the sea, 2 min walk to the beach. You can even hear the waves when the sea is agitated. The village is quiet, the beach is not crowded, their is a nice bar with chairs and umbrellas, you just have to buy something to drink in order to use them. The water is warm and clean. Supermarkets are 5-10min on foot. We only went to eat to two tavernas, the food was good, but only a few kinds of food and we preferred going to Nei Pori (9 km away) to eat every day. There were a lot of mosquitos in the evening, probably because of the rain before our arrival.

House and and all of its surrounding is well maintained and organised, very nice beach just a couple of minutes walk, while center of Leptokarya is also within a walking distance. Very comfortable beds and sofas and tastefully decorated rooms. Kitchen is outside and there are no immedate neighbours around, as there are few empty plots around the house. But what most surprised us is a very very stable DSL internet, which offered us to be able to work and watch movies in the evening, this from my experience is not common at all in Greece. Owners were nice and greeted us when we came and then when we left. I recommend this place to families which want a peaceful holiday while being close to the beach and to the town.

Best AirBnB we've ever been to! Very quiet, sea and mountain views, perfectly clean and well-equipped. Very responsive and friendly host. I would totally recommend booking Athina’s house. We had an amazing time and the house was in excellent condition with all amenities as described. The location is perfect as it is very close to the highway and not far from touristic attractions. We will definitely book again!

Fanis has a beautiful home close to the foot of mount Olympus. Fanis was a communicative and gracious host and the house was great! Highly recommended for anyone staying in Katerini or going to or coming from Olympus.
