We really loved the layout of the property, it’s amazing balcony and its close proximity to the public transport. Hope to return again!!

Nice place to stay with ease to local shops, nice restaurants close by and not far from the football stadium.

We really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the place and notwithstanding enjoying the picturesque and landscaped gardens. It was a please meeting you both and of course little Minxie.. The daily homemade breakfast goodies were just divine and very different to that experienced at other locations. We would certainly recommend this place to anyone and look forward to returning when we can. Jann’s place was an amazing vacation away from the busy city. We really enjoy exploring the town and the surrounding 7 valleys. Would make the move to these towns; it’s so peaceful and relaxing. The place felt just like a home as it was neat and tidy with the little touches to make it home. Upon arriving, we have a milk to make a coffee after a long drive, as well as wine for later. The place has a lot of things you would need. Easy and clear instructions on how to access the house and information booklets for places to see and visit. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay as you explore the town and the towns around. A week flew by so quickly and we are looking forward to coming back in the future.

From the moment that I arrived Deana made me feel very welcome. The apartment was clean and spotless and contained all the amenities someone would require, down to individual seasonings beyond salt/pepper (I’m talking turmeric, oregano, paprika), cooking oil, and a variety of utensils, plates, bowls, spatulas. You could seriously bake a cake or easily do a chicken or roast lamb with the amount of utensils she had provided. It wasn’t sparsely stocked, Deana thought of everything to make a guest feel at home. The microwave and oven were really good quality, cooking the food faster than the packet directions for cooking-I was impressed. Shower, ironing board and washing machine were all great inclusions. Most of all the apartment was clean and quiet. This apartment is within easy walking distance of rouse hill metro station/busway and a variety of cafes/supermarket and anytime fitness are close by. The complex is quiet, and secure. Deana left me in privacy during the entire stay.

This farm-stay was simply exquisite, and the host couldn't have been more delightful! I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful, nature-filled escape. The location was ideal, just a 4-minute drive from Richmond and North Richmond, offering easy access to shops and cafes. The interior was pristine and modern, beautifully designed with cozy linen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout. The surroundings were breathtaking—lush, green paddocks with beautiful horses, including a friendly bay-colored one who loved cheek scratches and would gallop over to greet you. Four lovely dogs, a cat, and even a rooster added to the charming country atmosphere. One of the highlights was having access to the Hawkesbury River, where watching the sunset with cows grazing in the distance was pure magic. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, especially for animal and nature lovers! I truly cannot recommend enough. Thank you so much for having us!!

This is a stunning place, beautifully decorated, with so many hidden gems around the garden, the house and the surrounding landscape. We’d definitely be back.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, very spacious, with great finishes and amenities.

Very clean and well presented place in Bathurst that was private and walking distance to town. Great for a weekend of soccer that offered more space than a hotel room. Great communication and helpful to have a later checkout on the Sunday. Could have a few more blankets for the cooler nights but overall a great place to stay.

The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and quiet just like we hoped. Lisa and Ben were fantastic hosts, accommodating and friendly, they provided clear instructions and helpful information and allowed us to enjoy our time on our own and had the cottage perfectly clean and equipped with everything you would need for a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend staying with Lisa and Ben.

Belinda is what I would describe as your typical Australian - very friendly, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, so much so she actually drove me to the wedding venue we were attending to save ordering an Uber. I would stay there again and highly recommend both Belinda and her property.

The house was perfect with a large yard and was spotless.

Highly recommended. Hailing (Liz) was quick to respond to all enquiries. I travelled to Bathurst with my parents as I had to attend university commitments (exams). I was able to study/revise as the rooms were perfectly located (no noise/disturbance). Really enjoyed our stay.

His decoration taste is so delicate and giving comfortable feeling to the guest right away. And rly appreciate giving me some space and some time to be alone. I want to have a house like him >< thanks again to be the good host

We had a fantastic stay at Ab's place! The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Ab was incredibly flexible and kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help for our family. The balcony, especially the rooftop, offered nice views. The house was family-friendly, with some toys for the kids that kept them entertained. We were pleasantly surprised to find all necessary items already available in the house, which showed great attention to detail. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained home.

Good and decent place. Close to train station

Was a perfect little place for us to stay. Good size unit with everything we needed, great facilities in the kitchen, comfy bed and sofa was good too. Not too far from w Westfield Liverpool which had coles and good food, and good coffee. A short down to the local park. Great communication, and fantastic instructions on everything. Thank you for such a neat place, thoroughly recommend and would stay again!
