It was such a fabulous place to stay! Gorgeous place with an even more gorgeous balcony/ terrace area. The surrounds were so lush and filled with natural wildlife, which made sitting outside for hours on end such a joy. A small walk to the main strip of Byron Bay, as well as the Main Beach. So easy to get around, so many good pubs and restaurants just a 10-15 minute walk away. You can find a great coffee spot no matter what way you turn out of the street. Woolies close by too! I will most definitely be back. Staying here made my time in Byron Bay that bit more special.

If you need a place to stay in the Northern Rivers area than don't go any further than Seabrae. My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous townhouse for 9 weeks and it couldn't have been more perfect. So close to the beach, I could hear the surf at night, easy walk into town, lovely beach decor, clean and very comfortable with all the amenties - just loved the coffee machine. What we especially loved was all the little places to sit and relax - back deck, front deck, and upstairs deck off the bedroom. Sally was the most unbelievable host, nothing was too much trouble. We cannot wait to return to Pottsville next year and will definitely return to this amazing home away from home. Thank you Sally and Michael

A well presented spot within walking distance to everything needed. Had a lovely space to accommodated our dog, with a nice safe closed in space for her to be outside when needed. Very modern inside, spacious and all basics provided. Enjoyed the place for our few days away, would highly recommend and would definitely hope it is free the next time we travel to The Brunz.

Pip and her husband were very friendly and met us on arrival, offered to help us with our luggage to the self contained beautiful, private accommodation at the rear of their property. All the little extras made such a difference, fresh sourdough, jam, butter, ground coffee and plunger, bowl of fruit and cookies, such hospitable hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and Pip and her husband were happy to give us local recommendations for the area and nearby places of interest. Such a beautiful garden and our dogs will be sad to leave, they have made themselves at home ! Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope to be back another time when the weather is kinder and would not hesitate to recommend your beautiful accommodation to others. Best wishes, Jo and Vic 🙏

This elevated house is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. It was an awesome setup for our group. My husband and I stayed downstairs which was like a self contained apartment. If you’re reading reviews and trying to decide what to do… just book this place. It has everything you could possibly need and Greg and Lyn are wonderful hosts. The linens are hotel quality and no shortage of towels. It’s in a great location just opposite the beach and a playground for kids. Quick walk to the shops in Suffolk Park. Short drive to Byron and easy access to Lennox, Bangalow and the hinterland. We hope to stay here again when we return.

Kellie’s place is just beautiful. So family friendly being single level, our dog had an amazing time being able to run around the whole outside of the house. Master bedroom is huge! The place is full of extra items you don’t even expect such as hand weights, yoga mats, kids table and colouring in. The pool was nice and big, we did laps everyday. Will be coming back with my fam if we visit Byron again.

Such a cute little cabin. Huge windows looking out to all the beautiful trees and surroundings. A little stream flowing at the back which sounds very peaceful. Beautiful deck and hammock we hung out on all night. We would definitely come back.

We had a brilliant weekend staying here. Photos do not do this place justice at all - the house is absolutely beautifully decorated and so spacious. Very modern and luxurious feel to all the rooms. We enjoyed using the outdoor spaces including the bbq and pizza oven. Definitely a brilliant deal - we would love to stay again! It felt like staying in a very fancy hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay, the only issue was we didn’t stay long enough. It was as a BIG tick from us.

Incredible house, incredible location, we LOVED everything about it. There are so many amazing features that aren’t even mentioned in the listing. The pool was in such a perfect location, in the sun all day but with shade at the end for parents watching over kids. There was a shelf at the end which was perfect for little ones that aren’t confident at swimming yet. Dani was a friendly and attentive host and all her tips were absolutely spot on. We have already booked again for next year!

Lois was great with communication and did a massive favour for me with no hassle. I left my festival tix in sydney and she picked them up from her PO Box and delivered them to me. Very kind!! Place is in my fave location in Byron. Belongil opposite the beach. Great spot.

Katherine’s beautiful home is a little slice of paradise in Clunes! The house itself is stunning and immaculately styled, and the lush gardens were the perfect place for our children to play and explore. It’s perfectly located, being just a short walk from the Main Street, and everything you could possibly need is close by - including gourmet groceries, great coffee and wine. It’s also just a short drive to Bangalow and Byron Bay. Katherine is a wonderful host, very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s clear she takes great pride in sharing her beautiful home with guests - and we feel so fortunate to have been among them! We loved our visit to Clunes and are already planning a return trip. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, Katherine!
