Vacation rentals with a pool in Lipa

Great place to stay. Caretakers are also accommodating and gave all what we need. 🥰

The hosts were accommodating, gave clear instructions on going to the location, recommended places to go like malls and restos nearby. They made us feel like their place is our home too by constantly checking on us if we have any concerns or needs; They even surprised us with a welcome buko pie which is famous in Tagaytay. The rooms were cozy, the kitchen and dining was so spacious , bathrooms and other rooms were clean, the heated pool brought warmth to the kids while enjoying swimming and the basketball court was big as well where we had fun playing. Overall, our stay in their home was a wonderful experience despite of our short stay. I recommend this place because it is worth staying. Thank you!

My family had a nice time when we stayed at Winnie’s place for four days and three nights. The place is as advertised. It is very close to all the spots in the Tagaytay area. The caretakers, Norman and Neri, were superb. We forgot something on check out and they were kind enough to still answer and check it out for us. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. The videoke, pool, and roofdeck are great features of the place. Views are great too! I would highly recommend this place if you have a big family visiting Tagaytay!

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

Elaren is an idyllic place for rest, relaxation and bonding with your best loves. We loved the cozy corners and homey interiors. The separate kitchen helped make meal prep very efficient with minimal cooking odor in the dining and bedroom areas. There was just leaking in the upstairs bath out onto the toilet floor. The floor rugs were always soaked and cold. Hope this can be fixed. Also, there were stray dogs which just wouldn’t leave. I was worried they might wander into the kitchen and dining areas The guests from the neighboring property parked in our slots. Apparently they got lost and wandered into the place we were renting. Perhaps this calls for better directional signages. Thanks to Cynthia for making everything easy and allowing an exception for early check in and late checkout. Orly, the caretaker, is especially helpful. He got the rooms, pool and bonfire ready for us. His service was invaluable. We loved the place and the people. Looking forward to return soon!

We had a fantastic stay at Hilltop Country In . The place was clean, comfortable, and very spacious—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host (ate Tala) was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We’ll definitely be coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Ms.Laura's place was very commendable, all photos that were posted in her account, matched the description. Unfortunately, there was no wifi but it was good to have no internet since as a guest, we should not focus on gadgets or social media during staycation. Lets relaxed and chill. Overall, the place was good! and hoping for another staycation at Ms.Laura's place.

The scenic view of Taal lake from the property was breathtaking. It’s in a fantastic, walkable area – we were able to explore local cafes and parks easily. The host was incredibly welcoming, and the space itself was cozy and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Nice location! The caretaker is quite accommodating, and it's a plus to have an honesty store! All in all, it was an amazing experience!

perfect place to stay, very exclusive very easy to check in, they have free parking inside, heated pool and very close to skyranch and other tourist spot. Room is very spacious wifi is good, very spacious balcony you can still see the taal at the side, quite a nice view, the host is very responsive as well with every questions. We had very relaxing stay!!!

We really had a great time at this place (stayed from Holy Tuesday to Good Friday). The place and everything in it was adequate, comfortable, flawless and aesthetically pleasing. The host, Paolo, is very responsive and proactive and provided clear and complete instructions; this contributed in a big way to making our stay really enjoyable. The sunrise view from the balcony was amazing. I had been a big fan of sunsets for the longest time but I think I like sunrises more now because of our experience at this place. It helps that it is located at the penthouse and the balcony directly faces the mountains from behind which the sun rises. I can't adequately describe it in words since the appreciation of things like this are experiential. It was magical for me. The location was also perfect for us since it was just a short walk going to the church and the mall and a few minutes drive to the highly-recommended restos of Tagaytay. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends.
