Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Liopetri

Fantastic host, loved the special touches on arrival, clean and tidy, nothing was to much trouble if we needed him. Had a fantastic time, will be using his villa again

We arrived on the 15th August for a 10 night stay and every minute was fabulous! The villa was clean, homely and well taken care of. The pool and outdoor area was our favourite part of the villa! The Sun shines on it all day and someone came round twice during our stay to clean the pool. Loucia is your perfect host! She left us beer, fruit, cheese, water etc and it was the perfect touch! She even gave us very flexible check in and check out to accommodate our flights. The villa is roomy and has plenty of space. We enjoyed it from start to finish and would absolutely love to stay again! Thank you Loucia for letting us stay in your gorgeous home!

Firstly place was spotless! .. amazing villa, very homely with lovely personal touches. Everything you could possibly need and more! Pool area was so peaceful and private, and everyone was very respectful. Lovely outdoor space both back and front, outdoor grill area was a huge bonus! This is a great villa and location for families. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, close to local beach restaurant and shop. Host was very responsive, friendly and flexible, went above and beyond, most helpful when our flight time changed. We would not hesitate to rebook this villa and will highly recommend. We have been visiting Cyprus for more than 20yrs and know the area well as we have family located nearby. Now we have expanded our family with children and grandchildren we needed somewhere in this area that was big enough to accommodate everyone in comfort. Hideaway Villa certainly achieves this and Jenny and Frank have built an amazing place with everything you need when you come away. The facilities are excellent with a a small pitch and putt, pickle ball/badminton court and the all important pool and surrounding seating/lounging areas. The place is very spacious and easily accommodates all guests with large bedrooms/en-suites and bathrooms. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The villa is remote and you do need a car, but it is close to everything you need and fantastic beaches are a short drive away. The villa is excellent for families and a real home from home. A big thank you to Jenny and Frank for being the perfect hosts. 10/10

as with the review i cannot fault the villa it was beautiful set in a fantastic location with a 5min walk to a paradise beach.I had the pleasure of meeting Craig when he would pop up to clean the pool,lovely man very friendly and kind.The area is peaceful with some fantastic resturants and local shops.The villa was perfect clean tidy and very well maintained,key box safe is very handy no need taking keys leaving you peace of mind not worrying about losing the key.The pool was perfect i cannot fault our stay my two daughters loved every minute .The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook rather than go out to eat with a super market a very short walk away and smaller local shops with everything you will need.Fantastic ice crream parlour which you can see from the pool and lovely local family Taxi service opposite the great home cooked food resturant on the corner of main road.I would definately come again ....fantastic host fantastic area zero complaints .

Firstly, wow, such a beautiful home. we loved it the moment we parked up outside the property. so spacious and beautiful inside. Rooftop garden was a fantastic space to spend time to relax and enjoy the views & sunshine. The hosts were super friendly and were easily contactable throughout our stay if we had any questions etc. loved the decor and the fact that the hosts had thought of pretty much everything. they supply laundry detergent, shampo, shower gel, tea, coffee, toys for kids(there is even a barista style coffee machine) we will most definitely be back very soon! x

My family and I stayed at Mediterranean view villa for 2 weeks and really enjoyed our stay! Any problems or questions we had were very quickly resolved! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived with a few essentials left for us! We absolutely loved the outside space! The pool and gardens are absolutely stunning! We used the bbq most nights and it worked perfectly! Especially with it being next to the kitchen, making it super easy for prepping food! Thank you Irene and family for letting us make brilliant memories in your home! Thank you again x

Communication was easy and Lora was very helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and is nicely located in a peaciful area

The accommodation is nice and clean. Angela is very attentive and responds quickly. What we didn't like was that the beach bar opposite was constantly playing music. There is also always some work being done in the complex or on the beach and so you hardly have any peace and quiet. However, this may only be seasonal. There are many stones in the sea, I recommend bathing shoes ;) There are wild dogs on the beach (all are very friendly) but they often bark at night. Which is not the accommodation's fault. Otherwise we can recommend the accommodation.

The accommodation has everything that is suitable for a longer stay. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.

Really lovely place along with the owner! Always super helpful and reliable. The place was as clean as you’ll get. All things inside the home are very carefully thought out and helpful- great attention to detail. Home is very welcoming. Literally right by the beach which is lovely and clean, plus it’s walking distance to some great restaurants. We come cyprus every year for over a month and have stayed in a lot of places - we really loved this one.

Cool place y extended 3 days worth!!

The apartment is beautiful and fits the description. Clean, comfortable, very cozy. Close to the sea, the beach is sandy and clean. Nearby there are shops, cafes, car rental.

Place was great, Hot tub always appreciated to rewind after long days. Picture perfect apartment, stylish and nice. 5/5 had a wonderful stay.

The villa was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Between the pool, the pool table and the table football, the whole family was entertained. We visited in late November and the weather was beautiful but the pool heating was needed, I’m not sure the pool would have been useable without heating, it’s worth the extra money.

My friends and I had a great stay at Elite Villa. The villa looks exactly like the photos and even more beautiful. Villa is very well equipped in every sense. Our house manager Georgia was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered us were the hunters hunting there in the area on weekends. As a result, it was already very loud at dawn on the weekend due to the shooting. Otherwise everything was perfect. There are shops, restaurants and very nice beaches nearby. We will definitely recommend the villa and we would love to vacation there again.

Villa was perfect for our Family of 4 adults 6 teenagers. Definitely need to have a car to get about, protaras 5 min drive and ayia napa 10min drive. Pool was great cleaned twice weekly. Villa is equipped with everything you need. Cooker in villa 2 trips if you have the hob and oven on luckily Andreas father was at the villa so was able to show us where the trip switch was. Andreas was a responsive host. What would be great is to have a welcome folder with all information in regarding the villa and local taxi’s etc although Andrea’s did provide when messaged it would be good to have it to hand. We were really happy with our stay and would recommend.

Just got this to this place a couple of weeks ago and to say the views are amazing, everything to a walkable distance. We did go out of season so not much was going on but the restaurants were all running and the walk to the beach so lovely. The management team were so proactive and responsive immediately had we need any help. Overall a lovely spot to stay at. Thank you

An excellent stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The hosts were exceptionally kind and truly heartwarming. Every request we had was met with a smile. The house was fully equipped and felt like home. The location is perfect, with everything accessible and within walking distance. We will definitely return!
