Annabelle was very welcoming, the check-in instructions were very clear. the listing matches the description. the place is peaceful and perfectly furnished. the evenings by the fire are a very nice little plus.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Les 3A's place. From the beginning of our stay until the end we felt at home and very welcome. The place itself is gorgeous, it exceeded our expectations (the pictures don't do it justice). We loved the easy access to the seaside and beautiful area. Thank you for hosting us. In my opinion, our stay deserves more than five stars and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Sylvain is a great and accommodating host! The building has a crazy charm, and the accommodation was perfect. It feels like you, and the very seaside furniture gives an escape that contributes to the good experience. The apartment is also worth its price, we are directly opposite the beach, with the beautiful view from the balcony. Parking was also very easy, full of street space, or adjacent streets. I would highly recommend this listing!

We had a great time at Celine and Romain's. The apartment is very nicely decorated, well equipped and very clean. A place that makes you want to come back. The instructions left by Celine and Romain were very clear and allow a very good arrival. We would recommend it unreservedly!

Sandrine’s apartment was great with loads of character, comfort and taste. The location was fantastic. So close to lovely shops and cafes but really quiet. We loved Caen. It was a great place to spend a long weekend. Also I saw an excellent music concert at the Zenith Arena.

we celebrated my mom's 80th birthday. as soon as we arrived, we felt "at home" by Philippe's warm welcome. The house is very spacious, very well-equipped and consistent with the photos. The children were able to enjoy the heated pool which is very nice. We had a lovely weekend at Villa Boubou and we will be happy to come back. thank you for your welcome Philippe and Karine moreover the house is really very close to the first beaches and especially that of Cabourg which we greatly appreciated

Excellent family stay, exceptional site, very welcoming host and perfect cottage to accommodate children and parents. The beds are very comfortable, everyone had a great time. We'll be back.

It was a good place, communication was real good, beautiful view. Checkin is on the late side (5PM) and checkout is at 11AM (however we were given 1 extra hour) so you basically loose 1 day on the booking. If you got kids with you, we do, it matters. Other than this, very nice!

The booking was made in a professional context. The cozy setting was particularly favorable to the team building, including a very welcoming and bright glass roof. What to say about the location, this one is so central while remaining peaceful. the only point of vigilance, independent of the house, is the parking capacity of cars; paying but also very little available.

We had a great time at Michael and Rachel's place. The house is incredibly beautiful and 5min from Deauville city center by car (30min walk for the bravest). I highly recommend this house!
