Friendly hosts who greeted us in person and were quick to respond to questions. Nearby, there is something to see and visit and you can do walks. But the loft is so great that you actually don't want to leave. If you want to relax, unwind, me- or we need time, this is the ideal place! When entering, we had an instant wow feeling. That impressive round window in the living room. All living areas that look modern, warm and luxurious. The spacious kitchen with everything you need. Coffee, tea sugar, milk, water were also ready. The fireplace: super cozy and nice and warm. Wood, lighters, ... were also ready. The sauna: your own private wellness spot. The pool table. Not to mention the fragrant bath products. We thoroughly enjoyed everything and will definitely be back!

Had great days at Sophie and Geoffroy's place. What a beautiful apartment, great decor and everything has been thought of. A large backyard and wonderfully quiet. We really enjoyed it. Very welcoming and friendly. Really a recommended one.

Stayed here for the F1 Spa Grand Prix. It’s was 30-45 minutes drive which made it ideal. The cottage was lovey and quiet being offset from the road down a drive. The garden was huge. Could have stayed here as a family holiday it was nice and relaxing. Loads of local recommendations and helpful information on check in. Rooms were plenty big enough. Place was clean. Loads of amenities. Would definitely stay here again

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ouffet! The house is well equipped and suitable for different ages. The rooms are well-maintained and each comes with a private bathroom. Also the area is pleasant and green. The owner was very friendly and correct. We can definitely recommend this stay!

For our large group of people travelling together, but not couples/family, Thierry's place offered the ideal solution for several days in and around Brussels. Everything was as described/depicted in the listing (do read the small print!) and we were very pleased with the spacious accommodation. Thierry provided very clear explanations on how to find the property and check-in, wifi codes etc, leaving nothing to chance. He checked in on us regularly and recommended his favourite restaurant. We particularly appreciated Thierry's understanding when there was an unfortunate mix-up on our side on checking out. Would recommend to any large group wanting a good-value base for exploring Brussels, with space for hanging out together and self-catering. We had our own transport so were grateful for the off-street parking space, but it was well located for public transport, shops, restaurants etc. Thierry can communicate clearly in French and English - a bonus!
