This place is perfect for a quiet weekend trip! The house was fully stocked with amenities and was very clean! The neighborhood is safe and peaceful! Flexible and easy checking! Very cozy!

The place was private and better than described. She was also very accommodating of our sensitivity to cat hair and dust. She even purchased a whole new air filter just to keep us comfortable. Best airbnb host we have had so far.

our stay was only 2 nights so not much time to explore. the house is unique and the acreage attracted quite a few deer that was fun to watch. the kitchen was fully equipped and appreciated the ice in the freezer. the master bath had a warming bath towel rack which was a pleasant surprise. all the beds were comfortable and lots of storage space. we really appreciated the mud/laundry room with our coming and going for coats/ shoes. pets are allowed but is an extra fee. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a large group, plenty of space to be all together or have some separate quiet time.

A cute place - just what we were looking for. The area is very quiet given that it's right next to NewBo. The house had everything we'd need. Parking on the street was easy and convenient. We had a great stay!

So thankful to find a good place to stay during our home Reno. We extended a couple of weeks and Dave was super responsive. The house was nicely updated and clean inside. All appliances were new and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Being its winter it was also super nice to have a garage with an opener!

Great place. Fun to see art on the walls. If it wasn’t for quite a bit of snow, would have been very walkable.

We had a great stay in Cedar Rapids and enjoyed exploring the area. Everything was as listed and pictured. I would stay here agin.

I had my wedding ceremony here ; this property is absolutely stunning , clean , outside is so peaceful and private. Arcade is fun there’s not one bad thing i could say about it. The entire property is very clean and you feel so at home ! Lindsay was incredibly nice and helpful through it all and extremely responsive , i highly recommend this place and will be coming back !!

Amazing hosts that were extremely accommodating to our group. Great home that has plenty of space for our 7 people. Hot tub was a huge plus! I would stay here again if I was in the area. Made our weekend so much better rather than booking a hotel room. Fun time overall!

This is a really unique home in a beautiful location. The living spaces are really well done and clean. It's laid out like an old farm house, but it never feels old. The bathrooms are all excellent. For such a large house, it feels like it could sleep more people - the pull out couch in the study isn't awesome, but fine for younger people. The kitchen was great to work in, and although it's the oldest room in the house, I think that added to the charm. The huge stove got rave reviews from the cooking crew. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect place for us. Only regret is that is was a bit chilly out for us to use the hot tub.

Place is amazing. We stayed here for a month on work trip. Place is stocked with anything and everything you could think of to make you feel at home. Hot tub is great and always up to temp. We got hit with ice storm and there was even salt in garage for drive and steps. I rent houses all over the US for our work stays and this one is one of the best. Really no negatives about this place.

Layne and Amber have poured their hearts into their AFrame. Layne is a master carpenter and his building skills are evident -- a beautifully crafted window wall looking out on a forest of trees, sturdy shelves and tables made from his grandparents' barnwood, a soaring ceiling, and cozy nooks with comfortable beds for the whole family. The pristine kitchen and bathroom spaces are equipped with quality large and small appliances and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed many special touches made possible by Amber's eye for detail - - super warm blankets throughout the house, a variety of hand-selected hardcover books with descriptions on the endpapers, a wish jar, games, and even small leaf imprints in the beautiful kitchen floors. Extras like an indoor gym and two low-tech hot tubs on the porch are appreciated extras, but the most outstanding 'feature' of this Airbnb is the generous hospitality of these exceptionally caring hosts!

Great location, had an absolute blast! Place was beautiful, amazing and, overall clean. Would 100% recommend, however be aware of the door dashers who eat your food!!!
