The place is very spacious, clean, interesting, well-decorated, well-landscaped, comfortable and functional. It has a rustic and homey charm. Yela/host, Marinie/manager and kuya/ate staff are very responsive, friendly and accomodating to my requests and queries. Their in-house breakfast is very good and must try the longganisang alaminos and daing na espada. My mom's 81st birthday celebration became more special and a memorable one becoz this place. Overall, me, my big family and relatives had a great stay here and loved it. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a great time staying in the unit. The place is accessible and the host are very accommodating. Recommended if you're planning to stay in Dagupan.

The caretaker was very friendly, and the host was highly responsive. The only challenge was that there was only one bathroom inside the house, while the other bathroom was located outside, which felt a bit scary to access at night. Other than that, everything was good.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sir Ding’s unit. The cleanliness was outstanding and worth commending. We loved the pool and appreciated how close it was to the beach. Sir Ding was very responsive and helped us with all our concerns. Thank you, Sir Ding, for accommodating us—we’re definitely looking forward to coming back and staying at your place again.

Highly recommended as amenities described were accurate. Lots of things to do and Kuya Ali was superb! He was extremely helpful and may malasakit talaga sa guests :) Kudos to you, Kuya! Will definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at SOAB. The rooms are big enough for our group. A plus point for air conditioning each room. The bed was incredibly cozy, and we enjoyed having barkada conversations on the porch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect—close to this rustic restaurant, Naro, which was located at the front area of the house. It was very convenient because they serve coffee and cocktails 😊. Another plus is the beach front which is only 3 minutes walk. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick getaway with friends and family. We will definitely come back!!

OMG! I had such a great stay over the weekend! The location was perfect, the room was cozy and clean, and the owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
