Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of town. The living area is open and offers a view up to the gable, the well-equipped fitted kitchen has been included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace.The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Ferry house, with a view.

Very close to the Mariensee monastery on a leash, we offer a guest house overlooking the leash. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation stone of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique stain, where you can just relax. For rent are two apartments, each with 2 single beds, in the Wedemark. The apartments are located in an idyllic, rural environment and are nevertheless only 15km from Hanover Airport and 20km from the center of the state capital. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, access to public transport as well as leisure activities such as cycling, hiking. A pet is welcome ( final cleaning 10€).
