Great little place just for a couple

The outdoor courtyard is especially nice and private-,with a fire pit, grill and comfortable chairs. It is a rustic location easy walking distance to North Shore Beach. If you want an ocean beach you can drive straight south for 20 minutes and reach Smiths Point State Park right on the ocean. The North Fork with its vineyards is a short drive and the Hamptons also only 30 minutes to West Hampton. You can fish, golf, walk among the wooded area and relax in peace. Walk or catch the bus from the train. Only 700 feet from the ocean. Due to allergies in the home we are unable to host any animals.

Monkey Puzzle is affectionately named for a well known tree in the front lawn of this house, it seems that everyone in town is familiar with our Monkey Puzzle tree. We purchased this house last summer and have done a total renovation to get it ready for Summer 20024. Everything in Monkey Puzzle is brand new; including 2 bathrooms, kitchen cabinets and appliances, central air, and an amazing gunite pool.

Gorgeous apartment with spectacular views. Attractively decorated. Great location. Host is very responsive when we needed an air conditioning repair. There were a few things not working that we reported back to the host and my guess is they will be fixed right away given how responsive Rouzbeh was. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic!! I only have positives to say. The host is the best. She greeted me when I arrived and showed me where everything was. And she checked in during the week and was always responsive and kind when I reached out. Her place was clean, comfortable, safe, and well equipped with all I needed during my stay. It felt really homey. I just moved to NY and this was a great welcome to the area while I transitioned to my permanent place in the city. I really enjoyed the coffee that was available. The bed was extremely comfortable. And even though I didn’t use it as much because it was a bit cold, the outdoor space is such an inviting place to hangout as well.

Nice place exactly what the pictures show .. Super nice host.. but if you are looking for a quiet place. This place is definitely not it. You can hear every move and every sound from the people that live upstairs last night we spent a good few hours hearing a baby cry. Also they have the children’s toys such as a trampoline up against the window of the unityou do park on the street and the owner or tenants whoever lives upstairs parks in the driveways. it’s a very tight walk in between cars in the driveway because they do park a lot of cars in the driveway side-by-side.

Angelique's home is absolutely charming and located in a lovely neighborhood. We were in town for a race at Jones Beach and loved how quiet and relaxing both her home and neighborhood were. The ground floor was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Upstairs was quite cozy but there is also a bathroom on the main floor so my husband and I each "took" one. The home is very well located with easy access to local restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend.

stayed for about a week. wonderful place to stay in. the neighbourhood is very serene and safe. about an 8 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. the space is very clean and pretty. lots of amenities, even had charging cables and a steamer for clothes. the bed and couch were comfortable, there’s a closet that can store a lot of clothes. plenty of towels and pillows. julia was a wonderful host, she was very responsive and proactive, checking in from time to time. would definitely book this place again the next time we find ourselves in new york again.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Communications were clear and prompt, and Yvonne was proactive in providing useful information. Easy parking, secure entrance. A balcony with view of the canal provided a peaceful place to relax. A wide variety of restaurants available in the area. So many things to do and see in the area. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing visit. Thanks, Yvonne!
