Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lincoln

Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

Had a great stay at Jacob’s place. It was clean, cozy, and the perfect location for accessing all the activities in Waterville Valley. Jacob was an extremely responsive host.

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

Tara was a great host, which any questions she got back to us with the answers almost immediately. The home was just as beautiful as the view and was a quick distance to the center of town. Fantastic place to gather with family for a cozy weekend in the woods. Most definitely will be staying with her listing again in the future!

More spacious than advertised, this worked well for our group of 8! The title isn’t an exaggeration- it’s more than close enough to walk to Front Side, IME, Flatbread, etc.

Bonnie and Harry were great hosts! Super communicative and friendly! The cabin was a prefect get away from the busy city life and it was just perfect. Surrounded by nature, snow and peace and quiet. Will be coming back in the near future!

We had a fantastic time! The house was the perfect set up for my husband, myself, and my college roommate. My husband and I shared the downstairs and my roommate had one of the bedrooms upstairs. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fabulous! Lacks nothing! And beautifully designed. From the soaps in the bathroom to the well stocked kitchen this house is worth your time. Very private. Emily Ann is great to work with and offered much information. We could not have been happier!

This has been a great stay! The house matched the description and it was a wonderful home with lots of homey features. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked with shampoo, soap, conditioner. Thank you Scott!

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful, pictures don't do this location justice. walking into the room felt like a home more than a hotel. beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean and well stocked for us when we initially walked in. couldn't be happier with the choice made to stay here while visiting the n. Conway area. We will definitely be staying here every available chance we can moving forward after staying in many local hotels in the area. Thank you so much for the hospitality and warm welcome!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

The location was ideal for the Fryeburg Fair and for hiking Pleasant Mountain, and the views of the Franconia Range and Presidentials was superb. The Airbnb was spacious, inviting and comfortable. Sue was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place! Just for awareness: it is attached to their main home, not a totally separate home.

Amy's place is truly a gem. it's spotless, well-appointed, and super cozy. The king bed is very comfortable, and the gas fireplace ads a relaxing vibe to the space. Amy sent clear instructions for check in and answered our questions within minutes. We had a great time and can't wait to come back!

Amelie and Sam's place was exactly what we expected it to be from the photos. The house provided everything we needed and more. It was one of the best-supplied Airbnb homes I've stayed in. Also, the quality of the kitchen supplies was great—better than what is usually found in Airbnbs. The home was beautiful., and the layout and comfort were top-notch. The location is fabulous; it is near all the mountains and has many great restaurants and shopping centers. Amelie and Sam were extremely kind and responsive when needed. We would definitely stay again.
