Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lincoln

Great home and Kristen was a great host and communicator! The home was clean, and water pressure was great for showers. The mattresses in the first floor (entrance level) room could have been a little comfier (spring mattress), but not a huge deal at all. If you prefer liquid body wash, be sure to bring your own as only bar soaps are provided. There are also no hair dryers, so be sure to bring your own if you want that as well. Fireplace was great to make the space feel even cozier. Area was quiet, peaceful, and private. Great value option for bigger groups!

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

Nice place. Nice host. We used it as a base for hiking by day and chilling by the campfire in the evening.

Julia and Peters place was great. We spent Thanksgiving and the weekend there. Easy to find , kids and the dogs loved it lots of room. Place was well taken care of. The home was cozy, for when we got snowed in. Fire place was perfect. Conveniently located to all the places you would want to go while there. we will definitely be back again.

The house is perfect for a family with privacy in each room with a beautiful view and with many activities to do.

We had such a wonderful time at Julia and Peter’s house! Perfect location close to everything!!! House was extremely clean and easy to find. We had such a great time! We cannot wait to visit again!!

A beautiful home in the woods along a beautiful pond in Eaton NH. The house is in a great location close to Eaton village center and North Conway. The interior decoration is very tasteful and the house is pristine and super well equipped with a modern kitchen and sophisticated heat pumps and a nice stove. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the spacious, confortable rooms. We will come back to this wonderful NH home.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

Mary was an outstanding host! Very communicative and flexible when needed. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the swimming pool. Kitchen was very useful and stocked with everything you would typically need.

Awesome place, very clean and had everything needed for a good time. Only drawback is that the key card stopped working at one point (not fault of host). Luckily I had my phone and car keys with me. If I would have left them inside it would have been a 20 minute walk at night in the cold to get a replacement. The resort should look into this issue. Overall great place.

The location was ideal for the Fryeburg Fair and for hiking Pleasant Mountain, and the views of the Franconia Range and Presidentials was superb. The Airbnb was spacious, inviting and comfortable. Sue was friendly and helpful.

We loved staying at Amy’s place! It was convenient, clean and cozy! Our son lives nearby and we travel quite a bit from Colorado to visit. We’ve stayed at other Airbnbs in the area and Amy’s place is by far our favorite! If you want a spotless, well thought out place to stay, this is it!

This room made me and my wife feel right at home.
