A beautiful home in a charming neighborhood! The home was very clean, comfortable and perfect for a weekend getaway for our family. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Matt was a wonderful host and was able to accommodate a flexible check in, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed several runs and walks around the neighborhood and always felt very safe. Great location! Highly recommend!

Jade’s place was perfect for a small group going to the Bob for a volleyball game. Jade gave us a great tip on walking there. Bed was comfortable and loved having the sound machine. Check out was very simple. Not necessarily a place I would stay if I was going on a vacation but super great value for out-of-towners going to a game, which was exactly what we were looking for!!! Thank you!

My son and I were traveling through on our way to Washington. The house was a great place to rest. It was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the little extra touches to make the place feel homey. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Lincoln area.

Heather's place was perfect for our stay in Lincoln - very comfortable and clean, and the neighborhood was so cute with easy access to the places we wanted to go. The backyard was lovely and shaded for both breakfast and evening drinks.

Amelia's place was perfect for two of us. Very clean and comfortable. The carpeted TV room in the basement was very well furnished for comfortable lounging or reading. WIFI was strong. We strongly recommend it.

Very responsive host to minor things we needed fixed! One suggestion would be to have 6 dining chairs instead of just 4 (even if two are folding chairs) since the place accommodates 6 people. Lovely stay! Thank you!

Barbara left the lights on so the house was easy to find. We were welcomed with tasteful holiday decorations. There was a lot of helpful information about local restaurants and attractions. The nice fenced yard was adjacent to a park and convenient walking path. The neighborhood was very nice, safe and completely quiet. All around an excellent accommodation! Barbara was quick to respond to any questions.

This place is incredible. I cannot say enough about how well appointed the unit is. Close to the Haymarket, great restaurants, museums, UNL. Comes with garage parking. We enjoyed the place so much. It is a downtown unit so during the day you can hear busses and traffic, but at night the unit is quiet and the owner still equipped it with white noise machines. Fully equipped kitchen. We made thanksgiving dinner there and had everything we needed. We did this last year and stayed at another building and while it was nice, cannot hold a candle to Stephens’s unit. Stephen communicated with us and although we did not need him, I am sure he would have been there had we. Place is a real gem.

This property worked great for my stay! It was very clean had lots of clean towels and utensils. Anh was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions that I had. I highly recommend!
