Great place to stay in Downtown Augusta. The place was clean and cozy. One of my favorite part of the Airbnb was the massive TV. Overall this was a wonderful stay.

I was having a hard time finding my son a short term aparment rental for an internship job that would last only a few months. I searched on AirBNB to see if there was anything that would work out for him. This cottage was in a good location and the pics of interior were impressive with updated features. The reviews were very good and I communicated with Michael about a month's stay. He returned my messages and answered any questions I had. My son has enjoyed his stay with plenty of space to feel like a small apartment and has had no trouble in the surrounding area. Michael was a great host.

My sister and I were very happy with our stay. We had plenty of privacy, and the home was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were so great, my sister wants to order one for her bedroom. We also loved the quiet street and we had no issues relaxing and getting some rest on our trip. We highly recommend this excellent stay!

Highly recommend! My stay at The Broad was exceptional from start to finish! A charming old home, tastefully converted into several private apartments, with a fenced-in back yard. The in-unit laundry, fully furnished kitchen, and large TV with all my favorite streaming apps made me feel right at home. Hosts Jason, Michael and Don made the experience all-the-more enjoyable. Each one checked in during my visit at The Broad, ensuring all of my needs were addressed and were very responsive! If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Augusta area, this place is absolutely perfect! Do yourself the favor of visiting! 12/10!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, we both fell ill, but this place was ideal to heal and mend. Very comfortable and I will definitely consider it on our next visit! Awesome!

Staying at julians place was amazing honestly bc it was close to everything youd want to get like groceries or food and the place its self was peaceful, nice, and it just felt comfortable to stay in. Also julian helped me woth some thigs like staying longer whitch helped alot withour stay

This adorable airbnb fit our needs perfectly. It's such a cute house and has been lovingly maintained. It is located in a fantastic area - very walkable and SAFE! We arrived to find some snacks and drinks available for us. The house was clean and comfortable. Velina was quick to communicate with us when there was something we needed to know (remodel taking place in the back apartment). We definitely recommend staying here! The area is within walking distance of the ballpark (which has bars and restaurants around it) and the historic downtown area. Walk one or two blocks to Sheila's for breakfast (the cheese kolaches and caramellis are to die for), enjoy Gary's or the SnoCap for lunch, Antonio's for dinner, and cross the street for ice cream from the Pink Dipper. You can check out the shops in between. No car required! (There are more options, these were just our favorites.) Thank you so much! We will be back!

Marla was a very responsive host and welcoming. Check in was easy. The home is beautifully decorated. we would definitely love to come back and visit! we had came into town for work and it was raining most of the time. Staying at Marla's home made it so much better. Scott was super responsive and very helpful even with a few hiccups along the way. We loved the peacefulness of the location. The dock was nice to have making getting our boat in and out more convenient. The beds were super comfy and the smart tv enabled us to watch the Braves games every night. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials need for cooking. We enjoyed our week at the lake and are already looking forward to booking our trip for next year!

This was our second time using this property and it is amazing. Room for parking and a cover to back the boat under. Only 10 minutes from Dorn Fishing Facility makes it perfect for tournament weekends.

Alison was an excellent host and the home was perfect for our family get away. The furniture in the living room and sun room was so comfortable that we would have been ok to just sleep there. Great space outside to hang out and watch tv. The walk to and from the dock will definitely get your legs in shape but the concrete walkway was nice. Great location on the water and was plenty deep for my ski boat.

Great last minute option for our family of 4 at a very reasonable price. had everything we needed and hosts were great communicators, laying everything out as what to do and what's available. washing machine with detergent available, as well as things in the kitchen you may not normally expect to have. Would 100% stay again if the need arose.

This condo was the nicest place I've stayed when visiting Augusta. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and I felt safe coming in at night. Ahmad was so accommodating and quick to respond if I had a question. He took the time to come over when I had a silly problem with the TV and took care of it instead of giving me instructions. He was accommodating with check in/out times due to my late flights. I have found my 'forever home' when I visit Augusta. I would HIGHLY recommend his condo to other visitors. I will definitely be back. Thank you Ahmad for being such a wonderful host.

The condo was super cozy, clean and private. Just what we needed. The host was very responsive.

Sam was an incredibly attentive host. The space matched the description perfectly and was spotless. I had no issues during my stay, and communication was seamless. Sam even checked in proactively to ensure everything was going well. When the oven malfunctioned, it was promptly replaced. I highly recommend this place for both short and long-term stays.
