We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

Came for a family holiday and we were very comfortable, lovely quiet street, loved that we could bring our dog. Comfy beds, nice linen, well stocked pantry, and convenient location a quick drive to the beach.

We had a lovely stay at the beach cottage. It is very cosy and relaxing and the host takes extra care to make her guests feel at home. We hope to return.

Beautiful house and lovely location. The beach is literally at the doorstep and you can hear the waves sitting at the deck. It's a gorgeous beach with a lagoon just a short walk up. We loved the outdoor shower and bath and kids had a ball playing in the backyard. Even saw some kangaroos lazing. The place is stocked up with games and books for when you are not in the mood to be out. Just note that major shops are about 30 mins away but a local store near by is handy. Kylie was great to answer all questions and we would highly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Kaylyn's place - the house is fantastic, such a beautiful location and perfectly set up for our group. We especially appreciated having a well set up kitchen (and proper coffee machine!) and the amazing sound system! Kaylyn was a fab host and communication was great every step of the way. We'll be back!

David's cottage was conveniently located to the river, the beach and a great cafe. Check in was easy, David communicated every detail very well. The kitchen had everything you needed. The property was great for pets, spacious and kayaks were supplied. We loved our stay and would love to stay again.

A beautiful week with family in a family holiday house. Just perfect for two little boys discovering the joy of swimming as many times a day as they wanted to. Both learnt to boogie board and to play ping pong and pool. A kitchen good enough for their parents, both chefs, to enjoy cooking all our meals and always, the trees and sea around us. The place is amazingly placed and is so peaceful. The beach is accessible within 5 mins walk. We loved the place so much that we ended up extending our stay by a day, Sam was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The place was clean and setup with care and very thoughtfully with loads of personal touch making it feel right at home. The pantry was fully stocked and the cafe next door ( Open only till 2.00pm) kept us well fed through our stay. Highly recommended for family and surfers alike as it caters to kids playing in the lake (The regular rip areas are clearly mentioned in the welcome notes) to surfers trying out their skills at the green island.

Our family loved our holiday at Mollymook. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was fabulous, being able to walk to the beach. And we loved being able to come back and have a swim. I'd definitely come back again.

We had a great stay. The house was spacious and clean with modern furniture, fixtures and fittings. It was great for the kids, who loved the games consoles and multiple, large TVs and had everything one might need in the lovely, modern kitchen. We loved the pool, the outdoor spaces and the stunning views from the bedrooms, living spaces and balconies on both sides of the house! The proximity to some wonderful beaches was fantastic and our stay was totally peaceful and private. We had no trouble finding shops, restaurants, takeaways and playgrounds within easy reach. Communication with the hosts was very easy, they were very responsive and provided clear instructions and useful information about the area. Highly recommended! We'd love to return!

We had a fabulous stay in Mollymook. The home is in a perfect location, close by to the beach, cafes and restaurants. It’s incredibly spacious with a great view- we could see the passing whales out in the bay! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and the beds are comfortable.

Amazing views and close to the beach

We had an amazing time at Rowena's place. The house is stunning and the pictures listed do not do it justice. It is definitely even better in real life. The kids had so much fun in the pool and for the parents it was such a dream to have the beach only a few steps away. Our bedding was so comfortable and luxurious and the house had everything we needed and more. The location of the house and surroundings truly is a little piece of heaven with stunning views of the Tollgate islands. We loved hearing the sounds of crashing waves every night as we fell asleep and taking walks along the beach early in the morning. I can not recommend Rowena's place enough. Rowena was always lovely, helpful and quickly reaponded to any of my messages. We loved our time at Rowena's and are very grateful we found it.

Such an amazing location. Bright, clean and very spacious! The perfect space for a family to spend time together! Sandra was very friendly and great at communicating. 100% recommend!

Wonderful stay. The apartment is in a beautiful location overlooking all of Narooma, with stunning views. It was clean, conveniently furnished with all amenities you might need and just a lovely place to holiday in.

Chris' apartment was superb. Very clean and exceptionally well equipped. Sauces, condiments, washing powder etc and an abundance of crockery/cutlery/glassware/cookware and containers. Loads of games and beautifully comfy beds. 2 bedrooms had ceiling fans and the water pressure was great. Only had a slight difficulty getting in and out of the ensuite shower. Larger people found too tight a fit. Maybe Chris could have mentioned there was no milk BUT we had our own luckily and anyway there is an IGA 2 min away. We had 8 people fit comfortably and we had a fantastic stay. TV large and internet all easy to use. Highly recommend Chris' place for your next visit when staying in stunning Batemans Bay, NSW. Incredible two weeks at Doug’s stunning beach house! The house had everything we needed with lots of high end additions to make it truly luxurious. So comfortable for our family and fur babies. Relaxing on the beautiful roof top enjoying the views was a highlight at the end of each day. Thank you!

Perfect location. Just minutes walk to the beach. Immaculate house and tastefully furnished. Cass and Emily went above and beyond to help us. Manyana is a gorgeous quiet village. We had some lovely lunches at Mollymook and Milton. Played tennis at Manyana. Great house to relax and unwind. Kitchen equipped with everything plus more. Loved our wine and chocolates on arrival. My little dog had an amazing holiday as well. 🤪

Very beautiful place, felt right at home, Liza was very responsive and very friendly. I definitely will be staying here again and again. Really enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our three night stay at Shane's as a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 young children) with both sets of grandparents. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and the house was clean and presented nicely. We enjoyed the views across the ocean and access to the beach via the track and stairs to the rear. Highly recommend to stay here as a base for the local area :)

A cosy and clean home, with amenities as described. A gorgeously maintained yard and alfresco dining make it perfect for a family or small group of friends. Best part of the day, was our morning cuppa on the balcony, with a beautiful ocean view. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Paul's home. The photos in the listing show how beautiful the views and beach are, but I wasn't prepared for how lovely his home is. It is modern, private and beautifully decorated. It is genuinely right on the beach - the path down to the beach is only a step or two from the back courtyard. I wasn't familiar with the area and had been worried about how far it would be to travel to stores for supplies, but I needn't have worried. Although Paul's home is very peaceful and feels secluded and remote, it is actually only a quick drive to Batehaven or Bateman's Bay for supplies and lovely restaurants. Paul has taken a lot of care to ensure you have everything you need, from the well-appointed kitchen and pamtry, to entertainment and toiletries. He has even provided things you didn't know you needed! Having dealt with disinterested estate agents before, I appreciated that Paul manages the property himself and is a pleasure to deal with.

We loved staying at Lynne’s house with our two teenagers. The location is superb with a gorgeous beach 8 minutes walk from the house and a generous deck overlooking the water for outdoor dining and reading. The rooms are really generous and comfortable, heaps of room for relaxing. So many great beaches to explore in this area and only a 15 minute drive to Batemans bay for groceries. Highly recommended for a relaxing, super low key beach holiday.
