I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The hosts are genuine and friendly, I truly felt welcome as their guest. The room is impeccably clean and spacious, and the private bathroom has all necessities. There’s also a great view of the neighbourhood, which gives a true parisian feeling :-) It’s also practical that the metro is close by. All in all: I highly recommend this home for a trip to Paris!

Guy and Fadia are adorable hosts, we always felt very comfortable, the two always took great care of us. It was beautiful to hear their stories and get inspired by their experience. It's definitely not a given what they do for their guests. The warmth, the accommodating, their stories, and much more have made us feel. If you want to spend a nice time in Paris and at the same time get to know an authentic host family, you are very well taken care of. I highly recommend everyone to have this experience, we really enjoyed it and we would repeat it at every opportunity. Many thanks to the two of you.

What can I say about these two Parisian treasures. Isabel and Nicolas shared their home with us and made us feel as though we were members of the family. They were attentive, kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was beautiful. They helped in ways that were truly above and beyond, and had such joy and calm in the midst of it all. I travelled with three small children and I couldn't have found a better place to have alighted for this trip. Waking up to a fresh breakfast every morning in this clean and beautiful house was truly delightful. My children loved their time there and felt like they had long lost Parisian grandparents. It's not too far from the center of Paris (metro accessible) and situated in a quant suburb nearby. Of all the memories of my time in France, my stay with Nicolas and Isabel is at the top of the list. If you're traveling with a large group, you want to feel welcome and cared for, you can't go wrong with this home.

Such a charming apartment in the heart of Saint Germain! Silvia is an amazing host who made us feel right at home and offered so many wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants/bars in the neighborhood. Will be back again!

Natalie checked our arrival time in advance and welcomed us. Our stay in charge of five nights in Paris made our trip to Paris more enjoyable. The morning of Natalie's preparation made our day enjoyable. Washing machine and dryer are also available. The nearest subway station made it easier to get to our destination. For travelers to Paris, we knew in advance that many places didn't have an elevator, so there was no problem. Thank you. Natalie.

It was a very nice trip with a very beautiful room with good access, and even prepared condiments and breakfast ingredients. The host, greeted me, and saw me off, and it was a very friendly place to stay.I look forward to hosting you again someday.

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

Alain provided perfect instructions on how to find his home. Location was great with a metro station right across the street and a bus station right in front as well. On my first night Alain provided a perfect recommendation on a good dinner spot. Overall a great stay and would stay with Alain again in the future!

I didn't know it was so cold in winter Europe, but I stayed so warmly while staying at the accommodation,, and most of all, the host was really, really considerate and always kindly took care of me! Since I was coughing, you prepared a cold medicine, and asked if I didn't eat breakfast on a day that wasn't included (check-in day). And most of all, the breakfast is really awesome. I've been to a lot of Paris bakeries, but this is a good place to eat... Host, please make a bakery.🤍🤍 Oh, and you can see the Eiffel Tower really well. The view is also great!! The bathroom is also separated so that only guests can use it. I want to give 500 stars. I recommend the king!!

Very well located accommodation, not far from La Défense. The headquarters of my company being close to the accommodation is therefore ideal. Very clean accommodation and the most of the service is breakfast in the morning. Really impeccable, I highly recommend it.

Best hôte ever ! So indeed there is the high quality of the room, bedding and luxury bed linen, private bathroom... There is also proximity to the metro, excellent sound insulation, beautiful terrace... But above all, there is Cathy's hospitality, delicacy, and quality of attention. I felt incredibly pampered!

Martine and Karim small flat is nice, light, comfortable, cosy, very welcoming . I have staid there for a week and felt nicely at home. It is very quiet during the day and at night. Bed is also comfortable. Kitchen is small but is well equipped for preparing simple meals. At the same time, it is very well connected, in a beautiful corner of Paris, with a lot of historical restaurants, markets, bars. And very lively too, enjoying this great advantage of being next to the vibe, but tucked away in a very quiet street. Martine and Karim are super nice and welcoming. They go above and beyond renting the small flat: they welcome you with treats and are very happy to help and make you as comfortable as possible. It is an excellent choice in Paris, I would say hard to match! I hope I will be able to stay here again soon!

We had a fantastic stay! The house is conveniently located close to the metro station, making it easy to travel to central Paris. It’s very neat and clean, with a lovely garden and a friendly black cat that added to the charm. Francoise was incredibly responsive to our questions and even recommended a great nearby restaurant for dinner. We felt very well taken care of and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing time staying at Kaouthare's studio! The space was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Isabelle welcomes us inside your house, helps with the bags, presents the place and offers coffee capsules, water, soap and shampoo. The place is beautiful and comfortable. One of the beds in the room for 4 people is a sofa bed but the mattress is comfortable. A terrace just for us, very beautiful, to get together in the late afternoon or have breakfast. I recommend your stay. Isabelle is very friendly and attentive, is a familiar airbnb, very well taken care of. Deixo as a suggestion add a small minibar, for snacks and water. There is a bakery and a carrefour express on the same block that meet all the necessities. Many thanks Isabelle.
