We had a great holiday in Vendee, the house was very comfortable and convenient to get to the beach by bike and get to the different and many amusement parks nearby. In a rather quiet suburban area, close to the city center the house is tastefully decorated and many amenities and games are available for children and adults! Great stay at Karen and Jimmy's. A quiet and welcoming setting, Karen is accommodating and friendly. A small cocoon next to the horses.

Perfect for a beach getaway The house is right behind the dunes and is close to the village center, where you can shop for everything. You do not need a car to get maximum rest. We will be happy to return in the next one!

Brice and Mathieu's place is very well located for discovering the different sites of the region. The impeccably clean accommodation is tastefully arranged and very well equipped, we immediately did it well. The king size bed is very nice with very good quality bedding. Brice and Mathieu are very discreet and attentive hosts if needed. Recommended without a second thought

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

Our stay at Marc's villa, with friends, was very nice! The place is close to La Roche-Sur-Yon if needed, otherwise the place is enough to itself: swimming pool, foosball, billiards, pétanque, archery,... the house is spacious and well done. Very conceivable that we would come back!

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

Weeklong stay, matches photos and description and is even better than pictured. Quiet place, owner available but not intrusive. We fell in love with the Vendee and these stone houses. Clean pool, chlorine-friendly pool. We'll be happy to come back, we haven't finished discovering the area. It has everything you need to live. The place is clean. Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

Spent the last few days of the summer here, beautiful house and beautiful surroundings! Would definitely recommend going to the island of Noirmoutier for some great restaurants. The house itself is super spacious and comfortable even on rainy days. The host is also very responsive (even if you cant speak French.. Tip use sms and google translate!!) so overall a great place!!! Would recommend

Nathalie is a very kind & available host. The house is really great. All the accessories to accommodate a baby are on site, which is extremely convenient & which allowed us to travel lighter . We had a lovely stay with Nathalie who is very welcoming. Small, simple but functional cottage, ideal for a few vacation days. We enjoyed the quiet location and with the beach within walking distance in a few minutes. Thank you for accepting dogs, which is quite rare.

5-star stay, house corresponding to 100% our expectations. modern and spacious house. the fact that the house is inhabited outside the rental period is a real advantage: all the kitchen utensils are available, there can be nothing missing, also in terms of the children's rooms, an incalculable number of toys. the self-supporting poscine (which we do not see in the listing) is perfect, the water heats up quite quickly with the sun and the large adjustable umbrella offers all the comforts for the outdoor terrace. BBQ enthusiasts will be spoiled with the large competition barbecue which has a quick gas ignition. Everything is provided so as not to lack anything: in the two bathrooms, in the laundry room, even in the kitchen we were able to find everything you need and much more! Straightening iron, hair dryer passing through parchment paper, pepper salt, games console in short, you can only come with your hands in your pockets! really located 10 min from the nearest beach, and just over the sands of Olonne the house is located in a new residential area very quiet. All the essentials shops are very close. this place is good for a good relaxing stay for the family!

Cathy and her husband, were very friendly and welcoming and were very available! The place is tastefully decorated, the place is superb and peaceful! We didn't end up using the hot tub but we soaked our hand in it and the water was very hot. It was missing a little suction but frankly it was pretty clean overall. Thanks again for this stay, we had a good time =)
