We stayed at the apartment while on transit in Lusaka and had a comfortable stay . Charity was helpful with the check-in and ensuring we had everything we needed. The place is a tad far from the CBD but within 15 minutes drive to most malls . There are a couple of restaurants in the vicinity.

*Positives Communication while booking with Caroline was quick and helpful. Appartment just as described. Lovely and clean. Comfortable and lacking no essentials. Welcome package appreciated and thoughtful. Complex is quiet. One of the reasons I chose this place was for the on site gym which I made use of. Caretaker very helpful and guard assisted with my very early checkout. If it had not been raining would have made use of outside patio where I discovered a braii stand and charcoal! There is also a public entertainment area with TV, seating etc for entertainment or socializing and though I did not make use of it is a great initiative. Backup power exists! Plus gas stove. *Negatives Water pressure when hot water in use very low (flat I was in) Pin not entirely accurate for navigation. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would. definitely stay here again. Thank you

Nice and quiet house, with everything in place to mitigate the daily power cuts (solar system provides electricity at all time and there's a gas stove as backup so cooking is never a problem either) It's been very easy to communicate with Erica, she is very nice and answers all questions quickly. We had a perfect stay in Kingsland!

Very nice Palace as a work accomodation and For resting. Beautifull garden and patio. Nice and friendly host and workers. Good neighborhood but still original African stamp on the air. Basic household equipments. Of course, Zambia's infrastructure problems existed here as well but hosts have done a lot by themselves to solve the inconvencies. For a longer period, it is worth renting a car from a local entrepreneur. Yangos are what they are and international renters are expensive. You can get to know the whole city Area very well by car and people are polite to others in traffic. This was my first real trip to Africa and I can recommend a visit and especially to get to know the local people and life. Not just to the "must-see" Victoria Falls and safaris.

I enjoyed my stay at Judy’s cottage. It was a business stay and I had all I needed to work and go to my appointments easily. Judy is an exceptional host, always available and really helpful in all situations . I will certainly come back to Judy’s cottage next time in Lusaka.

Our recent stay at Vicky's Airbnb exceeded all expectations and left us rejuvenated and in awe. Nestled just a little out of town, down Leopards Hill road, this home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and comfort. The property is surrounded by serene, green nature, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches (breakfast pack was a welcome surprise! ) throughout the home that made our stay extremely comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat near the city with all the comforts of home and a host who goes above and beyond, Vicky's place is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommend!

Natasha’s Luxhome is in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. Twice a week maid services, easy to get to, close to malls (leopards hill mall, choppies @ leopards hill road and Lewanika mall), restaurants and bars. Natasha has back up solar and a gas stove, she responds promptly incase you need any help. I would recommend anyone visiting Lusaka to book with Natasha especially with the loadshedding in lusaka this place having a power backup power made our stay very easy, and there is wifi for those that come on work trips you will be covered. I will definitely book with Natasha on my next visit to Lusaka .

Really nice Airbnb, clean inside and out, with security. Host is very responsive and considerate as our check in was quite late. Nicely decorated, would definitely visit again. Things to note: location - you will need a car to get around which we did have but may be difficult if you don’t. property - the property is one of six in the same yard but is spacious for privacy. electricity - the property has a generator / solar panels and a gas stove which was useful when load shedding occurred.

We stayed a full month and Wanga was quick to respond to any questions we had. Allan was readily available to provide anything we needed. With the extreme loadshedding being experienced in Zambia, the place had backup power and the team was always on call to ensure the apartment was powered on whenever required. We'd readily stay at the apartment whenever we're in the country!

Our stay couldn't have been more spectacular. It was a perfect balance of being within close proximity to Leopard Hill's top restaurants/markets and the serenity of being out at a world-class African bush lodge. The interiors were absolutely beautiful, the house was pristine and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Linda was communicative, provided guidance as needed, and was responsive on-demand. I couldn't have ask for a more wonderful place to stay, everyone was truly above and beyond!
