The place was great, clean, and fully equipped for everyday needs, and much more. Since we arrived early, because we were traveling with a grandmother allowed us to wait by the pool, we were taken to the reptile and prepared an apartment, which was very nice. We had the opportunity to walk on 3 different reptiles where we were mostly alone or macimalne 10 people and most of it was great. The missing store in the village was not a problem. There were big groceries within 30 minutes by car and a grocery car went to the village every day. The host notified us about everything, and we even got tips on where to go or shop. The place was great to relax, relax, and even with a little grandmother it was a very pleasant vacation. A really beautiful place and a great host.

Beautiful and very spacious apartment overlooking the small marina in Palit. Martina is a lovely host and made us very welcome. Large kitchen with plenty of utensils and an electric conducting hob, oven & microwave, washing machine. Literally a home from home. We cooked a few meals during our stay and used the balcony a lot for breakfast & lunch. It is a 15min walk along the promenade or you can walk through the forest to the Old town. Rab town is very quaint to wander around. Would highly recommend this apartment and on the day before we left Martina brought us some Rab Island cake made with almonds - very delicious and a kind thought.

Just perfect! The house and apartment are very new, lovingly and tastefully furnished. Everything you need for a great stay has really been thought of. The kitchen is a dream, where you can really cook and not just warm up food. The terrace is very cozy and has a nice view. There is also a large awning that automatically moves in when it's too windy. The communication with Marijo was very nice, always very helpful and also proactive. The welcome and care by his lovely parents was incredibly nice. The apartment is located just outside the noisy center of Novi Vinodolski, which is very pleasant. Beautiful beaches and an excellent restaurant (Marengo) are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back! Thanks a lot!

Chaim is a very kind, calm, and helpful person. The apartment was clean, the decor was very tasteful, we didn't miss anything in the equipment. The house has a large space with a playground for children, a shed with a grill, and an interestingly designed space. It's incredibly quiet, with crickets playing at night. If someone is going to Plitvice Lakes and wants to get away from the hustle and bustle, I recommend 200% Thank you so much Chaim for having us !!! We wish you a lot of health and kind regards.

Two beautiful views including marina from the downstairs window and the four tours from the terrace. Free parking with ability to load/ unload in front of building- the parking lot is about a 10 minute walk, but expected since the location is right in old town. Overall great experience!

the accommodation is in the very center, everywhere is a short walk to the city beach. it was great that we had a parking card so we could park in the center and easily go to other beaches. There was noise from the city this weekend, but it wasn't a big deal. The restaurant that belongs to the property is great.

very nice and cozy accommodation, bright. ideal location to go to the lakes. pity that our host does not respond to any of our messages because it generated bcp of stress for our arrival. welcoming and helpful on site.
