Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ligurian Sea

Romina's place is in short.... a small and lovingly maintained gem. Since it was rather cool when we arrived, Romina had "preheated" the house and we felt welcome right away. Everything you need was available. The cozy living area, the beautiful bedroom, which guarantees a good sleep, we loved all this.

I stayed for 3 nights in this place, it's cozy and clean. In addition to the coffee machine, for free use, there are bottles of wine and beer in the house, which have been made to us already in the fridge, and some snacks (cookies, taralli), which can be consumed with a small surcharge. I found it a very nice idea! The house is in a strategic position to visit both La Spezia and Massa and surroundings both in Liguria and Tuscany. Communication has always been easy and everything was as described. Very flexible check-in and check-out, Giovanni is really kind! Simple but functional house, I recommend it!

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Wonderful retreat in the Tuscan mountains. The view of the valley is magnificent and invites you to dream. Enjoy the stars in the jacuzzi and the lights in the valley, wonderful. Very quiet and secluded, far from the Remmidemmi of the tourist towns. If you like it quiet, you'll find it there. The place itself is rustic and beautiful, everything you really need is there. For my two daughters and me it was a nice first stop on our Giro d'Italia, we would come back:-)

We loved our stay in Menton. This BnB has the most spectacular views of the ocean and mountains from the porch, the photos don’t do it justice. We enjoyed walking down to the village each day and even walked to Italy from here! Lawrence Caroline was very helpful and kind and her home is lovely! I hope to return one day in the near future.

Lovely quiet area and very nice house with all the amenities. Located in a beautiful part of north west Corsica close to the regional town of Calvi. Everything we expected and more. Will visit again and recommend to others. Angela was always helpful and attentive. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

We had a fabulous four night stay at this apartment. Benjamin was a great host who met us and saw us off. The apt was immaculate, very homely and the outside terrace superb with amazing views. A nice neighbourhood, close to trams which were great for getting about. Shops close by ie supermarket, bakers and bars which we used. A very enjoyable stay

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Opera Duplex! The location is perfect for exploring Nice, and it was lovely to start each day with a coffee on the beautiful terrace. I will definitely return to this location. Do not hesitate to book if you are visiting Nice!

Very functional and pleasant apartment for a studio thought to feel good there. Beautiful views of the Lerins Islands. All the equipment, cooking utensils, household products and toiletries were there for us who were staying for a month and a half. Wendy was always responsive to our requests. We recommend this apartment for a short or Long stay.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Eva was a great host! His welcome was very warm. She was very proactive in answering any questions and needs we had. She has a very sociable personality and a pleasure to chat with. ☺️ The accommodation, meanwhile, met all our needs in every way: well located in a quiet location, within walking distance to all the activities we were interested in, not to mention the location of Nice which is close to other cities of interest. In short, this place remains on our list of our favorite places 🤩

A stylish, cozy, quiet apartment that was very clean with excellent amenities in the heart of the Old Town. The terrace was fantastic, what a view! So atmospheric. Even in January it made such a difference to be able to sit outside & watch the sunset. We would try & get back to the apartment by 4pm so we could enjoy the light.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Furniture, decor, cleanliness, best of the best! We enjoyed staying here and will be back with great pleasure. We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable.
