Stefano was a great host, helped us with local recommendations and navigating. He even helped us line up an early morning transport to the airport. The accommodation fit our needs perfectly and more. There are two wonderful outdoor seating areas and a great upstairs loft. The location was great too. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

this airbnb is great! the family met and greeted us, and allowed for early check in. it is located in the cannaregio neighborhood walkable everywhere and is away from the main tourist traps - which is awesome! there are restaurants right around the corner from the apartment which have amazing reviews. would love to stay here again!

I loved staying in Venice in a residential neighborhood. The location was great, so easy to get around. Close to a terrific shopping street, easy to walk and catch transport. The bed was very comfy, and it was a relaxing place to stay. Andrea met me at the station and helped with my baggage, and stayed to explain things. I’ll definitely book again, as I have to visit Venice again, there is so much to do.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our hosts were very friendly, accommodating and helpful with directions for navigating around Venice. Their place had everything we could need, was clean, comfortable and just a perfect place for our weekend get away. We would stay here again if we lived closer 🙂🙂

St. Elena is a quiet gem. Easily accessible by boat. Close distance to the main biennale facilities. Luca is a great host, friendly and responsive. The apartment has charme and is located near a beautiful square.

Very kind and helpful person, very nice house with everything you need, also very quiet and isolated area, even for our dog. Thank you to all of you for enduring it even when she cried for our absence. Very convenient place to where we had to go and close to other very interesting ones, which maybe we could visit in the near future. So, pulling the sums, great stay, to repeat!

amazing location, great amenities in the flat. do know though you are first floor and the main bedroom opens up right to the courtyard! lock your windows :)

The house is beautiful , very tastefully decorated. It offers the promised place with a good layout. Now in November, heating was important. The wifi is good, there is enough space to work as well. The landlords responded quickly and competently to request. The house is surrounded by a great , large garden with large , covered terrace. We were very satisfied. It couldn't be better.

Very nice spacious property with beautiful old trees, quiet location, the pool is great and the perfect cooling off in as hot weather as we had during our stay. In addition, a fenced garden area where you can play ball, swing, boules or table tennis. Fabienne and Giulio are very friendly and helpful and give very good tips for restaurants and excursions in the area. There is parking on the property and it is very well located to explore the surroundings with Venice, Padua, etc.

This is a really good apartment. We had a great week and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The pool is very nice, the beach is close and it’s easy to get to Venice by bus and boat. Alberto is very helpful and answered every question we had very rapidly.

My family and parents stayed in Villa Gina for the last three nights of a two week trip to Italy. We were all a bit worn out and the space was perfect for us to recuperate. The large living room and kitchen are separated from the bedrooms by a hallway. This was a wonderful set-up to give everyone a little space from each other. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Gina has thought of every detail. You can feel how purposeful she is in how she cares and arranges everything. She was also very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Villa Gina truly felt like a home away from home!

Amazing place - quiet and central place in Jesolo.

The place was great, great having a full kitchen and washing machine. Valerio was super helpful and sent lots of recommendations for places to go eat and see around the accommodation. Easy to catch public transportation into the main island of Venice

The farmhouse itself is already cozy, but the park is something wonderful. The bunnies and chickens who come to visit you are not at all afraid right in front of the entrance... and the BBQ! In November we could not use the pool or sports fields, we can only imagine what it is in spring. A compliment to the managers who have assisted us in a superlative way, as we are a group of 20 people with slightly above average needs for the kitchen. At the request of extra dishes and pots, they opened the wonders room where there is everything! Of course, a 4-burner stove forced us to compromise, but we were already prepared. Two small notes for next time (because we will be back): the mysterious absence of hangers for jackets and coats (when we arrived it rained and we did not know where to put them) and the bathroom cabinets, uncomfortable (you slam your head to wash) and from the "design" we say so, more shabby than chic.

An amazing experience in a spectacular property!! The tour of the property was an unexpected surprise! Would love to come back!!
