Beach house vacation rentals in Lido di Noto

Chiara is a great person, very helpful. When I wrote that from Ragusa, the bus only leaves to Marina di Ragusa (about 10 km from Donnalucata), she offered to pick us up by car! (we use public transport). And that's what happened! Along the way, she showed where to eat, where the supermarket is, where the bus to Modici and Scicla leaves. And the place itself is perfect for full relaxation. Two steps to the sea, a long picturesque beach, and from the terrace of the apartment there is a beautiful view of the sea and trees, you can admire the sunsets, and in the morning and evening we listened to the treads of birds. We felt like we were in paradise. The apartment was decorated with an artistic sense ("sea vibes"), everything we needed was there, we used the kitchen to the maximum using the availability of fresh fish and seafood at the market and great vegetables (round eggplants!). It's also a good place for trips to the city of Modica (an hour by bus), and if you have a car, go to Ragusa, etc.

Wonderful trip . Delightful, polite host, always ready to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. Yes because they were the only things to ask for since the place was better than what you see in the photo, the house was a miniature of beauty, comfort and good taste. Rating 10 and praises. Highly recommended. We went to 5 families with teenagers. Perfect point to choose seaside resorts, wildlife excursions, and art cities. In short, a dream vacation. Thank you Salvo!!!

we had a few trouble finding the place but no drama. The property is located in a small settlement and is accordingly quiet. For restaurants and supermarket you need the car. a small free beach is within walking distance and was nice and quite clean and offers to collect many mussels. will be happy to come back

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

Location is exceptional. We went with a baby and a toddler , this couldn’t have been a better spot for a hassle free beach vacation in Sicily . Excellent view . Plenty of kids for ours to play with, plenty of toys to use at the beach , a minute away to go grab a bite or a beer from the beach. There were a few minor issues but Irene (cohost) was able to help us immediately. Couldn’t recommend more

I always dreamed of being able to live by the sea and the dream became a reality.... The road directions are perfect, the owners are super available, they gave us all the information about the house and how to manage the waste, where you can go to eat and shop. The house is a favor, for a couple it is perfect, clean and fragrant, excellent linens, kitchen and equipped with all appliances, washing machine included in the bathroom. Air conditioning,in a short time everything cools, USB outlets in all rooms, very useful if you forget the phone charger, gas sensor. In the garden we really enjoyed the gazebo for breakfasts and dinners at sunset,if you want to sunbathe without moving from home, in the garden there are comfortable armchairs, shower and umbrella. The garden is very nice and well-kept, it is a pleasure to sit and listen to the sea. Reserved and accessible car parking from the house, solar panels for hot water. VOTE 10

The place that host Luigi has to offer is worth recommending for at least a few reasons, and there are only a few reasons why it's hard to write down all the benefits of this place. Everything is as described. A large patio overlooking the sea and Mount Etna. Quiet and private neighborhood. The sea is literally a minute away from the house. A dog who was always looking forward to our return and the cat. Something beautiful. The host was very communicative and advised us. He gave us so many tips to look for online like monuments, restaurants, and wine. Always smiling and helpful. I can recommend this apartment with a clear conscience, no Catania or another place just staying with Lugi! I hope to come back and rest on the hammock with a view of Mount Etna again. Best regards,

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

Simona’s place was like a paradise! The garden was beautiful and the pool amazingly large. The apartment was cozy, the kitchen well enough equipped for making meals to our family. Simona was friendly and helpful and quick to answer all our questions. Altogether a perfect place for a holiday!

Great furnished apartment, very well equipped kitchen, the two double bedrooms are very comfortable with an expensive sea view. The very spacious terrace with a table and sun loungers overlooking Etna is exceptional. Children despite the cool weather in April also used the pool with an excellent location as in the photos. Laura and her assistant have always been ready to give all the necessary information. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place and beautiful, Italian family that greeted us warmly. The place was a paradise for our 2 boys (4 and 2,5 years) with a pool, trampoline and private terrace. The house was sparkling clean and was very elegantly decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped, also with spices, pasta, water in the fridge etc. We really relaxed there and would love to come back.

Very nice place with an amazing view, it was hard to leave it during the day. Rosanna's appartment is properly described, clean and with 2 great terraces. We enjoyed the pool and the surroundings, even in November. Rosanna and Ketty have been very responsive and helpful with recommendation for local restaurants. The only flaw is the location itself, a bit far from city center, shops and restaurants but it is perfectly manageable with a car.

Fantastic stay in beautiful house, and a very positive and responsive host:) Worth noting is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach with poor sidewalks for baby strollers. We ended up driving instead. Also good to know that restaurants in town open first at 7:30 pm which was too late for us with small kids. We ended up having pizza takeout or cooking ourselves in the evening. All in all, a great stay!

Everything was absolutely amazing! Would recommend this home to anyone thinking of coming to Siracusa and would definitely like to book this accommodation again next time! Perfect!

Loved our 10 day stay here! The apartment was so peaceful and comfortable. Everything was spotless and was thoroughly cleaned again during our stay. Alberto and his team were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The kids loved the beautiful gardens and the pool (although a bit cold in April!). You do need a car….there is not a local food shop so you need to drive about 10-15 mins into syracuse. Not many of the local restaurants were open in April as it was off season, but we went into Ortigia which is a gorgeous town. Noto is also an easy 30 min drive and a stunning town for a day trip. All in all I couldn’t think of anything bad to say! Thank you

Excellent out of season stay in sunny Fontane Bianche. Lovely house with all amenities needed. Good, secure parking and clean and tidy place. Modern, recently updated bathrooms and comfy beds.

We had a wonderful time at this place. It is very calm and relaxing. Both the inside and outside of the house is very nice. We already miss having our morning coffee on the terrace. By car it is very easy to explore the surroundings or find a nice beach. Manfredi and Alessandra were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Vittoria's apartment in Ortigia was well located to all major sites in Ortigia in comfortable walking distance. There is plenty of room in the 3 level apartment with nice beds and comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies although we did not cook in the apartment. Vittoria was proactive in correspondence and was quick to answer any questions. We were met upon arrival and shown a nearby covered and attended parking garage that cost 15 euros/day. Apartment was explained to us upon arrival and there were recommendations for local restaurants, several of which we used and were happy with. The apartment is new with up to date appliances including a washer and drying rack. There is a rooftop terrace which we saw on our first day but were unable to use due to rain - in nice weather this looked like a great spot to relax with views over the town. We would highly recommend Vittoria's apartment for anyone looking to explore Ortigia.

Laura was a very kind host. She was at the house following our call for arrival. The apartment is beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable, cool, tastefully furnished, with two bedrooms and private parking. The sea 700 meters away can be reached on foot and the most beautiful beaches (Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo best traversa III) 15 minutes away by car, great point to visit KNOWN, AVOLA, MODICA...Our Diesel(🐕) was welcomed with pleasure. It was a really positive experience, thank you Laura.

We felt like being part of the family, immediately when we arrived. It’s a great location to visit Syrakus and great hikes at the sea. We sat outside every morning and evening and even got fresh eggs for breakfast

Clean detached house and perfect for four guests . The villa is located on the provincial road but returned from the street floor with a nice manicured garden in front and a large private area closed by the gate, ideal for children to play safely and to park the car. About 50 meters from the house, going out on the right, there is a pedestrian passage on the road that leads to the wooden walkway that leads to the beautiful and wide beach and the very clean sea. We stayed in the second half of July and only on Sunday did we experience some confusion. Regarding the noise coming from the street, communicated by some guests, we honestly had nothing to complain about. At night, with air conditioning, you can sleep quietly without any disturbance. Rather, the fact that the house is totally separate from other facilities protects against any disturbing neighbors. So totally positive experience and very friendly host Piero.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The host was perfect and was always kind and at hand. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the beach which was hugely conveniet. The place is perfect for families.

Nice host, perfect location directly infront of the beach with some nice bars and restaurants just around the corner. Perfect starting point for day trips and just couple minutes to avola center
