Everything impeccable. Marta behaved 10. Nicer than the pictures 1 block from the rialto. Everything divine, it worth it.

Our arrival was before Christmas and the apartment was decorated for Christmas and a Christmas tree was also in the living room. We didn't expect anything so nice. We felt very comfortable right away. There is everything you need and internet worked flawlessly. Opposite the apartment is a supermarket and just around the corner is the shopping street. Host very nice and available any time. We'll be back soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What praise to share about this place and its host! The apartment is nice, sunny, (the bedding is excellent), in a place both central and peaceful in Venice. And in addition, Massimo is particularly friendly, accommodating, and he gave us lots of great tips. What a great welcome! Warmly recommended, then.

Apartment in the historic center, a few steps from Piazza San Marco in a very evocative street. Historic house,retains the right charm for the Venetian mood. Very positive overall rating.

Very positive stay experience. Well furnished, tidy, spacious and very clean. The area is very quiet and really well served. The owner has always given us assistance and useful directions also about places where you can eat typical dishes with an excellent value for money. Highly recommended accommodation. Only point of attention for those with a stroller: this is a second floor only accessible by a staircase with "high" steps and with a slightly short walk.

We had such an incredible time at Michela house. The flat is absolutely lovely and cozy and the position is perfect and quiet. Michela has been a super host always ready to help and extremely kind all the time. It has been the perfect place to spend our week end in Venice, feel like to be at home. I definitely recommend! Clean place and exactly as described. Extremely convenient to reach Venice by public transport (bus stop 2 minutes away and train station 8 minutes away).

Comfortable, equipped and very clean apartment, central location, great to reach the center. The presence of a garage was fundamental since they arrived by car, (being in the center nearby, parking lots are all for a fee). We had a great time.

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

It was only for one night but we feel very satisfied, Alberto was always quick and expansive when we asked for something and about the accommodation itself nothing to say

Great location and nice safe place to stay in a quiet area and close to the beach. Jesolo's famous shopping street was also within minutes walking distance. Also, the very good communication with the host can be highlighted. As an example, I can mention that we needed an iron and ironing board as well as an umbrella and the host dropped it off the next day. Likewise, the ladies at the reception in the hotel (where you have to get the keys) were very nice and helpful. This hotel is also very close to the apartment. In summary, we can recommend this place.

Lovely place to take a solo or family vacation. Beautiful to stay and enjoy the pool, or visit nearby places. Lovely host, she gave us a tour and great recommendations of near by restaurants. Will recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful apartment with a view over the city and the beach. Easy to reach with a car and private parking space. Main street and beach within short walking distance. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and lovely terrace.
