Gianni's place was impeccable, it is very well located in the lively Cannaregio district. Not far from a shopping street, there's plenty to choose from when it comes to restaurants, small cafes, and more. The apartment is very quiet, very nicely decorated and very very clean. It has all the amenities you need. And what to say about our host, AMAZING! Available, attentive, helpful, flexible and very responsive (response in less than 5 minutes:-). Gianni did everything from the start to make our arrival in Venice easier with little info: how to get to her place, mode of transport...etc.... We were very satisfied with our stay in Venice at Gianni's. It was PERFECT.

Easy to get to Venice, we did have some trouble our first day since the roads were blocked off and the bus skipped our stop but it was fine otherwise. The studio was comfortable and had good amenities. A few products were running out when we were there but nothing major and Fabrizio did ask if we needed anything and I’m sure he would‘ve provided with whatever we needed!

if you want to stay at Venice Mestre, then this place is a great option. Most importantly, Mo was always quick with response and very helpful. station is around 6-7 mins walk. overall, satisfied. Thanks Mo.

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Thank you 🙏

Its name refers to the treatment received. Maximum attention, maximum help, incredible tips. Besides being an ideal establishment, he gave us perfect advice to make the most of our time and not spend money unnecessarily. Flexibility in check-out and check-in times, everything perfectly clean. Quickly answer questions through the Airbnb app. And he's a really charming person. I recommend it 100%. We also thought it was a more than reasonable price. Thanks Maximo !!!

Marcos Place is AMAZING! And Marco was very communicative and responsive! Location is the BEST!!! (Literally directly across the canal from splendid Venice hotel - use that as a marker) Very safe, very clean, easy and smooth check in. It was our first time in Venice. We flew from California and Marco and his place could not have been better!! If you are seeking a stay in Venice do not hesitate! If Marcos place is available book it!! Do yourself a favor and have a water taxi pick you up at splendid Vince hotel as you leave to train station or airport. Also have a private water taxi take you to Marcos upon arrival from train or airport. So easy! Ciaoooo

Fantastic stay in Venice! The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the vaporetto station, making it super easy to explore the city. Venice itself isn't very big, so everything was within a short distance. The accommodation was comfortable, and the host was welcoming. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a super nice location. The surroundings are quiet but still offer many restaurants, cafes etc. within walking distance and a well-stocked supermarket. The apartment itself is as described, nicely and functionally furnished, very clean and tidy with everything you need. Michela is an excellent host, super friendly and very responsive to messages and questions. I would book again anytime. Full recommendation.

Clean place and exactly as described. Extremely convenient to reach Venice by public transport (bus stop 2 minutes away and train station 8 minutes away).

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

Great location and nice safe place to stay in a quiet area and close to the beach. Jesolo's famous shopping street was also within minutes walking distance. Also, the very good communication with the host can be highlighted. As an example, I can mention that we needed an iron and ironing board as well as an umbrella and the host dropped it off the next day. Likewise, the ladies at the reception in the hotel (where you have to get the keys) were very nice and helpful. This hotel is also very close to the apartment. In summary, we can recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment with a view over the city and the beach. Easy to reach with a car and private parking space. Main street and beach within short walking distance. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and lovely terrace.

Halli Hello, in winter Very quiet location, in summer I can imagine great area, not far from beach. Venice can be reached in 30 minutes by vaporetto, nice route for photography😊. Accommodation fully equipped with everything you could need (kitchen utensils, bathroom, extra blankets) etc. Pleasant and quick written contact. We were very satisfied overall and would recommend it. ☺️👍
