It's a relatively small but well equipped apartment with a surprisingly large terrace with a nice view. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It is close to private beaches and about 10 min walk to a public beach. There are restaurants nearby, including a piadineria, our favorite. Patrizia was a great host and always very responsive. The drawback (quite typical for Italy) is the parking. The spaces in the yard are not allocated to the apartments and, although they are behind a barrier, they were crowded at weekend. Once we had to park outside because the yard was full. Also the WiFi sucks. But those were minor things, we enjoyed our stay and the sea.

clean, tidy, host always available and kind for anything, even for simple instructions on how appliances work, etc. perfect outdoor area for outdoor lunches and dinners. Quiet area, close to the station and beaches, supermarkets and pizzerias on the parallel street within walking distance. Quiet both the condominium and the Bellaria area even in the evening, a friendly neighborhood like Marco. Satisfied that you paid this price for this home, which has everything we needed. I thank Marco for hosting us and for your kindness .

Our stay is Rovigo was wonderful. The place exceeded our expectations. Rodolfo was a wonderful host and helped us even after we left and realized we had forgotten something in the building. He responded immediately to our message and helped us figure out where we left our package. He was extremely kind and flexible with our schedule. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Rovigo.

We had a great time at Morena's; the house exactly matches the photos and the huge and very comfortable recreational salon. Everything you need already present and well maintained. The hostess is very kind and friendly and always available for every request. We felt right at home and will gladly return

Marco's apartment is very welcoming and equipped with everything you need. Below the house there are many free parking lots, and with a walk of about 20 minutes you get to the center, through the beautiful Theodoric Park. Definitely recommend!

Review: I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with my family, located in a really exceptional location, a short walk from the sea and in the heart of the city. The apartment is very nice,equipped with all the necessary linens and kitchen accessories, making the stay extremely comfortable. Cinzia, the owner, was very helpful and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect for us. Pets are also welcome, and they feel comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing and pleasant family holiday!

Good place, location and price

Tiziana was an impeccable host, communication was very simple and always based on great availability. The cottage is perfect, with everything you need and in a quiet and peaceful location, perfect for a family (especially the fenced courtyard and the condominium lawn, my girls loved it). On foot you can reach the sea and the pine forest in a couple of minutes. We will definitely be back!

A good place to stay while you visit Chioggia. Central, and easy to get to from the bus or the Vaporetto. It does not have an elevator, but it is only a flight of stairs, easy reach and the house is comfortable. The downstairs pizzeria is also worth it. They were attentive and quickly fixed an issue with the heater.

Great location. Good communication with the host. Parking right outside the door. Very clean and everything needed was available. The bedroom on the first floor was very nice and we felt very comfortable. Thank you Mirko and every time again

We spontaneously traveled to Italy for 10 days and found this incredible place to stay. We are a family with a 1-year-old son and the accommodation, the beach, the surroundings were just perfect for our vacation. We were received personally and super friendly directly in the morning upon arrival. The apartment was better than we ever dreamed of. Thanks to Mauro for giving us an unforgettable vacation. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment was great, very clean, comfortable, great bathrooms, quiet, and walkable to and from the center of town. Maria Antonietta could not have been more friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay. Grazie mille!

Perfect, as advertised.

I have to say it was all great. We were 2 adults and 2 infants. The supermarket is right below and the beach is 1 min away. Great environment and beach for the kids. The apartment was very clean and Stefania as a host was tip top. Good and fast helpful communication also via Whats App. However, everything else is also available in the apartment, such as Flyers, bus connections etc. the only thing, but also the only thing we personally missed was a vacuum cleaner :D with children in connection with the sand from the beach and after eating, a vacuum cleaner would be better and more effective than a dustpan 🫣 5 stars for Casa Stefania Igea Marina 👌🏼

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

Incredibly great and modern apartment with 2 balconies, 2 TVs and a well-equipped and modern kitchen! It looks just as beautiful as in the pictures and is close to the beach. It was clean, the wifi always worked well and everything else was to our satisfaction. Also the check-in worked smoothly and independently through an electronic door lock with QR code (for example, we arrived late at night and it was no problem at all). Above all Marco is very friendly and incredibly helpful, was always there if we had any questions and recommended us good restaurants and excursions and even reserved for us and inquired. Gladly again and highly recommended!
