We had a fantastic stay at TreeTOP Breeze in the Coolfont Mountainside Resort. The home is nestled in a peaceful wooded area with a tasteful interior design and ample outdoor deck space. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and just as described. Thoughtful details like the well-stocked kitchen (perfect for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner during our stay), comfortable bedding, and even fire starters for the fire pit made it feel like home. The location was ideal—serene yet close to Berkeley Springs restaurants, grocery stores, Berkeley Springs Brewery Co. (family- and leashed dog-friendly!), and Cacapon State Park. Our family loved making s'mores around the fire pit and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The host was responsive and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. TreeTOP Breeze exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to return!

An amazing experience. This Airbnb has everything you would ever need. Really appreciate the appliances, kitchen utensils, seasonings, and cleaning supplies they have for you. Extra towels/linens. The space is absolutely beautiful and well kept. It is the perfect space for social media worthy photos. There was plenty of room for everybody. Having a hot tub was such an important thing, we enjoyed it very much. Beds were very nice and comfortable. Looking forward to the next time we book this cabin! Ian was very responsive and accommodating.

Adam’s cabin is gorgeous and exactly what was pictured. It’s secluded and so peaceful. Instructions for check in and out were clear and sent with a document full of other helpful info about the cabin, the amenities, and local places to visit. I mentioned we would be traveling with our toddler and they offered to bring out a pac n play and some toys that they had in the basement so we had less to travel with. Overall we had a great experience and I absolutely recommend this place!

Everything about heathers place was fantastic! Perfect getaway , ended up extended our reservation! The house has everything you need & more , beds were super comfortable & everything was very clean! I highly recommend booking with her ! Great communication & east check in information (:

What an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Their graciousness was truly remarkable – they were attentive to all our needs, offering helpful recommendations for local spots and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Traveling with our two pups can sometimes be challenging, but our host welcomed them with open arms, making us feel completely at ease. The property itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in a wonderfully quiet area, perfect for relaxation. We loved the peaceful surroundings and how easily accessible everything was. Honestly, we can't wait to return to this little slice of heaven! Highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience! After a couple of bad stays this place brought back my love of Airbnb. It’s a beautiful home in a great place- so peaceful! There were plenty of supplies, comfortable furniture, and everything was so clean. We didn’t want to leave and look forward to coming back again! Highly recommended!!

My family and I were here for a winter wedding at Zigbone Farm. We were so fortunate to have found Stoney Spring Overlook for our stay. The house is charming, comfortable and spacious. The views are breathtaking. They was not one thing that we needed, the house is very well equipped. We felt right at home and Jeanne was the most gracious host. Jeanne provided lots of valuable information about nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and scenic spots. 5 stars is hardly enough, I wish I could give more. We look forward to returning to what the other seasons are like at Stoney Spring Overlook.
