Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Licking County

We had a group of ladies from around the state, everyone said they would absolutely come back to the property again! We arrived and it was incredibly clean, smelled amazing and was setup for our bachelorette perfectly! Laura was responsive, helpful and went above and beyond. The pool and hot tub were perfect and so relaxing. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms extremely clean and everything you could ever need in the home.. bug spray, beach towels, pool floats, kitchen appliances (toaster, many coffee choices, etc). We hope to be back for another weekend at Laura’s rental!

The house is just what we were looking for as we searched for a cozy home to retreat to for a low key bachelorette weekend. The house was cute, and communication was great leading up to and during our stay. Spacious enough for 10 of us to spread out in open concept! Two sleeper sofas were also a plus to accommodate sleeping. Local restaurant recommendations were a hit and the bride had a blast!

We absolutely loved the place! Quiet neighborhood, walkable restaurants and bars, private backyard, and close to a beautiful lake. The home was clean and we'll organized, as well as well stocked. We plan to come again next year!

Very spacious for our big party. Everyone had their own bed. Love that the house also has 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. Stores weren't too far, anywhere from 15 to 30 mins away.

What a lovely home!!! Good eateries nearby and beautiful location. My guests and I loved staying here, very comfy and cozy. Plenty of space to spread out and COMFY beds! We enjoyed how quiet it was but a quick stroll away from some good eats or a nice view. Great house! We would love to come back again

Sara’s listing was a wonderful stay and a welcome treat to live in for the couple of months we stayed! We felt welcome from the moment we booked the home. Sara was proactive and super responsive and knowledgeable of the listing and the area. The home itself was quaint and well decorated with all amenities needed for a comfortable extended stay. We will definitely be trying to stay here or at any of Sara’s listings when we’re in the area again!

We stayed at Connor’s place because of my daughter’s wedding reception was nearby, so it was very convenient, the apartment was as described and very clean! Plus great coffee at coffee shop below the apartment!

Jessica’s place was perfect for our short stay. The location was wonderful in that there were numerous restaurants in the immediate area within walking distance. The loft was very nice and extremely cozy for the two of us. It was a comfortable room that was very functional. We’ve decided that returning to the area is a must, especially after the galleria in completed on the street behind the building.

Great place to stay downtown Johnstown. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The loft apartment was very neatly decorated, super clean and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Ann’s place was very clean & well decorated with comfortable furniture. Exactly as described. Easy to get to. Ann was very receptive and easy to reach with any questions or issues. Will be back in the future when visiting family in the area.
