Nice apartment, well equipped with everything you need. Was myself more spacious than we thought based on the photos. Location is pleasant: quiet but you are quickly in the center. Communication with host went smoothly, responds quickly and clearly. I would definitely consider coming back here when I come to Berlin next week.

Excellent spot in the heart of the city. The area is a little rough around the edges, but if that is what you’re looking for it’s the perfect place. Excellent places to eat and drink.

Sarah and Francesco’s home is incredibly charming and well-situated: one really has the impression of being in the country with all the amenities of a lively, vibrant urban neighborhood. The apartment is decorated with verve and taste, and it was perfectly spacious for three guests. Definitely consider booking with them if you want a central location in Berlin with all the peace and quiet of a country home!

Apartment matches pictures and was a lovely place to stay. The local area has lots of good restaurants and bars and the flat was also close to Lidl and other shops. The area is also a fairly close walk to various other pleasant areas (E.G. parts of Kreuzberg). Also good public transport connections as it is close to Frankfurter Allee and U Bahn Station.

The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. Its location is ideal and within walking distance of the sights. Our host Maxim is very kind and always available for additional information and/or recommendations. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Berlin. JB

I always love this neighborhood and this apartment could not have been better. The location was amazing, close to a lot of restaurants and shops and metro stops. The place itself was very spacious and perfect for our group of 6. Can’t recommend this place enough. Would definitely stay again.

Kun’s apartment is pure magic - great decor and perfect location if you prefer Neukölln or Kreutzberg. The apartment lived up to all expectations. The view is nice and you can see the Berlin Tower.The house is big, the sofa bed is good, suitable for people with a hard bed.Free parking is available.The host sent a video about how to check in and park. Recommended!

If you are a bit interested in industrial/GDR/wall history, you can't find a better location for a - also very quiet and stylish - accommodation. It is easily accessible by S 1, then a few minutes' walk.
