Nice place and very good host

The place is very clean with kitchen amenities like microwave, fridge, stove , rice cooker and utensils. You feel like home where you can cook rice and dishes. It has also a smart TV and the bathroom has hot water. The place is close to mall, public market, and bus terminal. It is approx 45 min drive to airport, 25 min drive to the Divine Mercy Shrine and 25 drive to downtown CDO.

Great savings for a family of four! Everything is provided, you only have to bring food since there's ref, burner, drinking water, utensils, etc. (some items are missing, though: frying pan, can opener, flat iron). Another good thing is there's a safe parking space. Generally it was a good deal, we had a great stay, just be mindful though of the 3 floor stair flight, I would not recommend for elderly or PWDs. Cheers to the host!

Beautiful house. Aircon in all rooms. Beautiful and peaceful area, inside a guarded subdivision. We enjoyed our stay.

This place really felt like a home away from home! It was super clean, tidy, and incredibly cozy. I felt right at home the moment I walked in. Iris was fantastic and super responsive whenever I had questions. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, which was perfect! The internet was a big deal for me, and it was really fast—definitely appreciated that. The check-in process was a breeze, no hassles at all. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in CDO, I highly recommend this place. Just a heads up, transportation can be a bit tricky, so make sure you have Grab or something similar ready. But overall, 10/10 would book again.

We have 2 indoor cats with us and the place is just so perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place can also accommodate plenty of people comfortably. Overall a perfect place to stay if you have pets.

I highly recommend this place for those who will be staying in large number because you will be able to save money throughout your stay. What is good is that you can cook your own preferred food. This place is cozy, easy to find, and the neighbourhood is quiet at night and day. The host is very welcoming and always checking in about the place's convenience. Distilled drinking water is provided by the host. But here's the downside, water supply during the day at 7-8 AM is upsettingly low, we just fill the tub at night and some of us took their baths at 5-6am. I hope the host will be able to fix this. Generally, the house was great and so is the host.

I appreciate the team for the fast response regarding our queries and requests especially the hair blower and flat iron. Our stay was great and the location is perfect since it is located near malls, shopping centers, and restaurants. We will definitely book next time and we really had a wonderful stay. Thank you again for the homey vibe of the unit.

the place is clean and accessible. it has water despenser with water galon so you don't need to buy separate water bottle. you just need to be early and be cautious on the days you book due to limited parking space but other than that, it's a peaceful place to stay.

The host is approachable and the unit is near some groceries

Everything went smoothly. The place is nice and clean, located within walking distance of malls, restaurants, and transportation. When I didn’t feel to go out, I cooked and stayed home watching movies on Netflix. The Wifi is very helpful to get connected to the internet. My three weeks vacation were not enough. I wish I could have stayed longer. Rosemarie and Cristopher responded quickly to my needs or questions.
