We stayed here over the thanksgiving holiday. It was wonderful to host our family at this beautiful location, with large fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space. Highly recommend!

The home was a perfect location to the little scenic miami bike trail and exploring Loveland. Seth's house is clean and beds are comfy. Good dog walks to this amazing dog park and around the neighborhood. It was peaceful at night when sitting on the front porch or back deck. We saw a couple of deer hanging out in front of the house. It was an overall super trip for us.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Hosts are responsive, friendly, and helpful. Kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Couch and beds are extremely comfortable. Water pressure is great, and shower has safety bars for accessibility. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and peaceful.

We had a reservation that was canceled at the last minute, requiring us to find adequate lodging on short notice. Thankfully, we found Rachel’s place. She’s an excellent host and her response time was impressive from the time we booked to the time we checked out. There’s been some updates and the home looks even better than the pictures. It was very clean and provided the privacy we wanted. It felt like each room was its own suite and we had enough space in the common areas to enjoy ourselves before retreating to our own spaces. The location was convenient - we were able to get to restaurants, grocery stores and the highway in a short time. Overall, this was a 5star stay and we’ll definitely look to book Rachel’s place again when we come back to Dayton. Thanks for the hospitality, Rachel!

We've chosen Emily's Stone House for our family girls' weekend the last three years and are always glad we did! The Stone House is beautiful and large enough for us to feel like we can spread out when we want to, but be close together for meals and games. We love walking the property and enjoying the lake and hot tub! I would highly recommend the Stone House for family/friend gatherings!!

This as always is the best home away from home. The host is kind and easy to work with and nothing is more relaxing than curling up on the couch after working in the pristine office all day. You should definitely pick this location (as long as you don't take all the weeks I want each year!! LOL)

Such a cute place! Loved being on the top floor. Instructions were clear. Parking was a smidge of a pain/expensive if you can’t find street parking, but all in all loved staying here!

Nice spot in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Great location with some shops right at the end of the street and just a short walk to the oregon district.

We had the most fabulous stay for my daughter’s wedding. All of the bridesmaids stayed overnight the first night and the newlyweds stayed for their wedding night the second night! We couldn’t have asked for anything better for our stay! It’s conveniently located to several restaurants, shops and the river if you’d like to take a leisure stroll on the walking path. Used this location as a team retreat for our Gymnastics Team. Everything FAR exceeded our expectations and the girls and coaches had the most amazing time. Beds were super comfortable. Lots of space to spread out for a group of 14. Truly worth EVERY penny- and more!! Ruth was an absolute pleasure to work with and she was super helpful and responsive. If you are looking for a gorgeous home, and perfect location for a large group- look no further. You will not regret booking with Ruth. Looking forward to coming to this location for years to come. Book her IMMEDIATELY!!

we enjoyed our stay. the space was great and clean. we had an issue with AC not working upstairs and it was difficult for our first night sleep but the host was able to fix it the very next day and our vacation went on without issues. I'm really amazed by everything and would love to book it again.

We stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful time! The house is brand new and gorgeous. Perfect place to spend time with family.
