I had a wonderful time here, it has an amazing view and is close proximity to a lot of different hiking trails and delicious restaurants. I am happy to have booked here.

My mom and I had the best mother daughter weekend getaway at the Main Cabin! It was clean, roomy, and cozy. We cannot wait to come back! The host is very responsive and helpful. Such a wonderful place to stay!

The place was beautiful, especially for the price we paid. The house was clean and spacious, while the surrounding area was peaceful and stunning. We appreciate the hospitality and the recommendations for surrounding places. There was also a cute cafe 20 min nearby. Thank you for the snacks that was left for us! Would love to return again one day in the future.

Great place for a quiet and peaceful birthday weekend. Very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the hot tub was a great plus. Had everything we needed, and great hiking trails nearby. Definitely coming back here in the winter for snowmobiling!

We had a wonderful girl’s weekend at Shelly’s listing! It was cozy and inviting, and we all felt very relaxed and welcome. The pictures did not do this cabin justice! The cabin was beautiful and decorated for the holidays which is always so special! We had to book this listing last minute after we found out hours before check-in of another listing that the host double-booked us. Shelly was very quick to respond when I reached out last minute and saved the day. I’d love to go back with my family and spend the holidays here!

We had a wonderful stay. Private and very quiet. Beautiful cabin with anything you could need. Loved sitting out at night by the fire. Would highly recommend and would love to go back. Super fast communication and very clear. Paul was very attentive and a great host!

Omgoodness! This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and everything described in the listing. Andy added so many welcoming touches from a personalized card to a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate our mini-moon. I’m absolutely in love with it! My friends and I had a great weekend at Sara's beautiful home. We laughed, ate amazing food, and had an overall enjoyable weekend. The home was inviting and roomy with ample space for us all. The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. The view from the deck was amazing (a bit cold) and it was an excellent location for respite and ending out the year with friends. Thank you, Sara. We will be back next year God willing!

This was the 2nd time I stayed at the Ginger Bear and it was fantastic! Loved the peaceful location and all of the critters we could see from the windows. I also loved the trails on the property. It was a great place to walk my dogs. My husband and I are already taking about our next trip!

Had a fantastic weekend at this riverside cabin. Even with the close by neighbors right next door, it felt really private and serene. Dreamy outdoor setup. It was great to get out on the water and later sit at the fire pit. The pictures don’t do the place justice. It is so lovely out there. (Even in the middle of winter!) Used the grill, fire pit, and kayak. Everything worked great! Would absolutely stay again.

Very nicely modeled Airbnb and fun dart board. The mattress was super comfy. Beautiful kitchen and bedrooms.

Great little cabin in the woods! Property is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor kitchen is a huge plus. The stove kept us nice and warm when it dropped to the 30s over the weekend. Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Crow’s Nest! Susan and Fred have created a beautiful and thoughtful space that made us feel right at home. They were so kind to provide a bowl, toy, and first aid kit for our small dog, which was such a sweet touch. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful, making it a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to visit again!

Back for our second stay and it great. We had a chance to go to state game lands 13 and visit our old stomping grounds. As usual the dogs love singing every inch of the property and even enjoyed the creek in twenty degree weather. Thanks again Charles.

This was our second year staying in the cabin. The basket of goodies was a pleasant surprise! We were so impressed with the cabin upgrades. We also loved being able to bring our dog. Our stay at Jan’s place was phenomenal! Being that our family resides in the city, this was the PERFECT place for us to get away and have some peace and tranquility away from the chaotic day to day. The scenery was beautiful and amazing to take in—being that you are on top of the mountain, you get the best views. The cabin was extremely cozy and well equipped with everything we needed. Most importantly, Jan was very friendly and responsive and answered any questions or concerns efficiently. She also ensured that we had an easy check in and made sure everything was smooth sailing. My family and I made great memories and will definitely be coming back to stay at her wonderful cabin!

Have stayed at Julia's place twice. Repeat customer says a lot! Place was perfect for our group of 4 to explore the Pine Creek area and ride the rail trail right outside the door. Julia is extremely responsive too which is always appreciated.

Thirteen of us stayed at Lake Akela Lodge for three nights and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The expansive grounds are well maintained, and the view is breathtaking. The interior layout is clever, with two bathrooms on each floor and at least one window in every single room in the home. It was easy to gather together for conversation, meals and games, but equally as simple to spread out when a little solitude was in order. We enjoyed the comfortable mattresses, nights around the fire pit, barbecuing, kayaking, the porch swing and rocking chairs, catch and release fishing, and the peace, beauty, and serenity. Host Jessica and Cohost Jason were always kind and very responsive. This is a special property - a hidden gem of sorts - and we would definitely love to return.

This was our second visit to the cabin, and we look forward to more in the future! The kids loved the animals, horseback riding, fishing, hiking and eating homemade ice cream. The adults enjoyed the beauty of our surroundings, the convenience of a clean, well-stocked cabin and all the relaxing conversations. It was another memorable weekend in the books for us!

We spent one night on our drive from Toronto to New York, and the location was perfect for our needs. Moreover, I definitely want to come there again. The place is cozy, clean, and well-equipped.
