A very nice place to stay with a magnificent view of the lake and Ioannina. Everything was really incredibly clean, so you felt right at home. Especially great were also the many prepared little things (for example apples and oranges on the table, eggs in the fridge) and the possibility to easily use things like detergent. We loved it.

Wonderful welcome. Upon our arrival we found fresh homemade products available for breakfast. Clean and well organized apartment. Beautiful garden, with all the furniture at your disposal. Everything is perfect!!!!

We had an amazing stay at Maria's place. Quiet and peaceful house in the village, offering stunning views from the living room. The house itself was spotless and extremely clean, and fully equipped with everything a family could need. Towels and bed linens were fancy hotel quality: crisp , freshly laundered and smelled so good. Very comfy beds. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Maria is exceptional – very attentive, always helpful, and provided great recommendations that made our visit even more memorable. Close to Ioannina, a lively city with plenty of shops, restaurants, and museums to explore. We also could easily reach other places: Vikos national park - hiking and rafting, Zagori mountainous villages. Average drive would be ~ 35 min from here. This house is a perfect combination of tranquility, cleanliness, convenience and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

The apartment was super cozy! The has host put a lot of love into the entire apartment. You see it in every detail around the apartment. I felt like I was home! Absolutely exceptional place to stay!!!

Maria's flat was perfect for our group of 6. Located on a residential street but a short 5 minute walk to the city center with restaurants and coffee shops. We were able to find a parking spot next to the apartment building. The flat matched the descriptions. the rooms heated up quite quickly. The flat was clean and beds were comfortable. Maria was very responsive to our questions. I recommend Maria's flat to other Airbnb'rs.
