I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The hosts are genuine and friendly, I truly felt welcome as their guest. The room is impeccably clean and spacious, and the private bathroom has all necessities. There’s also a great view of the neighbourhood, which gives a true parisian feeling :-) It’s also practical that the metro is close by. All in all: I highly recommend this home for a trip to Paris!

Guy and Fadia are adorable hosts, we always felt very comfortable, the two always took great care of us. It was beautiful to hear their stories and get inspired by their experience. It's definitely not a given what they do for their guests. The warmth, the accommodating, their stories, and much more have made us feel. If you want to spend a nice time in Paris and at the same time get to know an authentic host family, you are very well taken care of. I highly recommend everyone to have this experience, we really enjoyed it and we would repeat it at every opportunity. Many thanks to the two of you.

A perfect stay in a quiet and soothing setting. The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated, and the garden is a real plus, comfortable and pleasant. What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

Staying at Alain’s apartment was a wonderful experience! He is a kind and welcoming host who made me feel at home, even preparing breakfast and sharing local recommendations. The apartment was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Paris. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a warm and authentic Parisian experience!

This place is a Paris GEM! You can't beat the location - just steps away from the metro, cafe's and restaurants. Our bedroom and bathroom were clean, bright, and comfortable with everything provided to make us feel welcome and right at home. The hostess was just delightful! Awaiting us each morning was hot coffee and warm croissants! And the view from our bedroom window! Wow! There are no words to convey how magical it was to lay in bed each night and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle - and awaken the next morning to see it again. It was like a dream. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay - it was one of the highlights of our first trip to Paris. A heartfelt thanks for making it so special, Gary & Susan

Very well located accommodation, not far from La Défense. The headquarters of my company being close to the accommodation is therefore ideal. Very clean accommodation and the most of the service is breakfast in the morning. Really impeccable, I highly recommend it.

excellent hosts. The beautiful room with its own terrace. The area is very nice, quiet but alive ... By metro you can reach any area of Paris in maximum 20 minutes. In short: a very good experience. And some unexpected and delicious breakfasts!

Best hôte ever ! So indeed there is the high quality of the room, bedding and luxury bed linen, private bathroom... There is also proximity to the metro, excellent sound insulation, beautiful terrace... But above all, there is Cathy's hospitality, delicacy, and quality of attention. I felt incredibly pampered!

This home is GREAT. Everything is as described and perfectly functional. It's beautiful with little extras like tea, coffee, treats and warm hygiene products. The neighborhood is really nice and the return is very safe even late. I would recommend it 100%.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is conveniently located close to the metro station, making it easy to travel to central Paris. It’s very neat and clean, with a lovely garden and a friendly black cat that added to the charm. Francoise was incredibly responsive to our questions and even recommended a great nearby restaurant for dinner. We felt very well taken care of and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is clean.The host was very kind and let us check in early.The location is excellent, walking to see the Eiffel Tower flashing lights at night is less than 10 minutes.
