Holiday home

The house is old but reconstructed in the years 2002-2008. It has architectural value since it has been preserved without damage because reconstruction interventions are done with care. The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.

The host family is very lovely. They waited until late at night for us when we arrived and gave us fresh fruit from their garden during our stay and before our departure. They’re always friendly and willing to help. The apartment itself is very spacious. You can reach the beach by car in about 5-10 minutes.

The apartment building where the apartment is located is new, clean, well maintained. There is everything you'll need in the apartment. Air conditioning helped us a lot during this hot high summer time. Luzerta was easily accessible and took care of our needs quickly and discreetly. But of course the best is the proximity of the beach. You may walk 5 minutes. Absolutely recommended!

Guesthouse in Albania (Lezhë)

I don't know where to start. 10/10. Gjovana and her family were the best hosts you could hope for. I was warmly welcomed into their home which is a little farmstead with plentiful fruit trees and animals. Gjovana was the best at recommending things to do and see in the area, also helping me with more general info regarding my trip in Albania. Also, the food! I was served some traditional dishes prepared in their home and I truly felt welcomed into their family. I wish I had more time to spend with Gjovana and her family; it was actually quite upsetting to leave. I recommend the stay to anyone wanting an authentic stay, or just in general a very pleasant night somewhere outside of the city life.

Very spacious and pleasant accommodation with very appreciable air conditioning. Impeccable cleanliness. Comfortable bedding. The entire house (with several accommodations) is very well managed and planted. At the gates of the Kune Vain Tale Nature Park. 40 minutes from Tirana Airport and 30 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Shengjin. A beautiful tray of figs from the garden. Delicious. Thank you. Small downside on the kitchen, impractical without a knife and hot water. No real freezer and the fridge was not very efficient. But we had a lovely stay!

I really appreciated the apartment's location, which is perfect, just across the road from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is spacious and cosy, with lovely greenery in front of the balcony. The host was communicative and flexible, making our stay even more enjoyable. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get.
