Absolutely loved our stay here! A friend and I were in town for my sister's graduation at Fort Jackson so the location was perfect for that. The place was easy to find and directions for checking in/checking out were very clear. It was within walking distance to so many things in the area. The beds were super comfy and amenities were exactly as listed. The B Team were very welcoming, communicative and responsive. If you're looking for a simple, clean and beautiful place in the area this is it. If I'm ever in Columbia again, I look forward to staying again. Thank you B Team for being so great! We treated an old friend to for days of cards and restaurants. Kourtney and Brandon’s penthouse was the perfect setting..right in the midst of the excitement in Five Points brought on by the voices of partying college students and a train nearby plus city traffic..quieting around 11 pm go a good night’s sleep in comfy beds. We were located conveniently near delicious restaurants: I recommend the pulled pork tacos at Publick right next door, and the ambiance at Saluda’s just across the street. Als, nearby us delicious Italian cuisine at Giorgione! If you want to be in the heart of food and fun, you will also love staying here!

Came to Columbia for my birthday weekend with some friends this Airbnb was perfect! Great host, looked just like the pictures, very cozy aesthetic, and perfect for us. Would definitely book again!

This group went above and beyond. We were displaced from our home for several months after a flood from a burst pipe. During a truly horrible time in our lives, this group worked with us to keep us housed while we ha constant back and forth changes in plan with our insurance and multiple contractors. We were personally texted asking if they could do anything more for us and even offered to assist in helping us move between units. They did not know us but treated us like family; on top of that, we stayed at 3 cason's development properties in Columbia during our months of renovation. All were beautiful, clean, walkable to amenities, and well-equipped. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Check in super easy. Cason team is excellent with communication. Great location with Publix across the street, Starbucks downstairs and a fantastic Mexican restaurant - Masa. No need to leave!

I had a great stay at this unit! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The unit was exactly as described—quiet, cozy, and conveniently located near Columbia’s downtown, which boasts fantastic restaurants, biergartens, and bars. This place is ideal for pet owners, as it’s clear pets are welcome, therefore you might notice a little dog or cat hair. The only minor issue was the beige sofa, which had a few small stains, but it didn’t detract from the overall comfort of the space. Overall, this was a wonderful accommodation, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly stay in a great location.

The rooms and amenities were exactly why we needed for our stay. TV are easy to connect to and had just the right stuff for us to make breakfast and dinner.

This apartment was the perfect stay for 2 travel nurses. The location is great, very quiet and safe neighborhood, and it is only about 15-20 minutes from two main hospitals downtown. The unit itself is very comfortable and cozy, and it was spotless when we arrived. It is fully stocked with everything you need, from the kitchen to the bathroom. And there was even laundry detergent and softener to use when we arrived. Bill is an amazing host, he is so accommodating and responsive. 10/10, I would definitely recommend!

This is a great location for 2 families. Each bedroom is a master with its own full bath and a balcony. Everything was conveniently located and there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed hanging out in the family room and using the well stocked kitchen.

Raymond was an excellent host, and this location was perfect for what I needed! I stayed here for just over three months, and I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. Raymond was very responsive to any questions I had, and I never had to wait for an answer back! The location is quiet and peaceful and an easy drive to downtown Columbia and the Harbison shopping area. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a spacious, quiet retreat!

Came in clutch on a USC Gameday weekend. Located on the 7th floor so very private. Parking in a gated lot also made it feel very secure. Would stay again! Thank you!

Was absolutely amazing stay here. It was very clean and quiet. Just minutes away from Ft. Jackson, which was a major plus. Yvonne was quick to reply to all my questions.

My cousin and I came to town for a wedding and Rashad’s place was perfect with two very comfortable bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, 3 TVs and a full kitchen. Parking is right at the door and entry was easy. Rashad communicates well. We would go back if we need a place near Columbia, SC.
